Adam and Steve decided they wanted to marry each other, and it was perfect timing! A new law stated that it was okay for Adam and Steve to marry.

During the newly married stage, each person in the relationship has certain responsibilities. These include adjusting to each other, doing household chores with each other, and effectively managing their time and money to accomadate to each other. This stage usually only lasts 1-3 years.

Back on Earth, Adam and Steve have built a new house and moved in together. Adam is a little scared of the thought, this is common however in the newly married stage because it is such a big change.

One of the good things during the newly married stage, is that the couple, Adam and Steve, have gotten closer to each other. They kow every part of one anothers body and they feel even more comfortable with each other. Communication is also much easier during this stage.

Since Adam and Steve just built the house, much of the newly married stage is spent buying new furniture and other things to make the home more representative of the new married couple.

Adam and Steve have now lived together for a few years and have decided to have a child, however, since they are both dudes, that can't happen. So they decide to go to China to get a kid.

Adam and Steve are successful! They are now the proud parents of a little asian girl. They have now entered the Early Parenthood stage

Adam and Steve now have the responsibility to take care of their kid, including financially, physically, and emotionally, as well as maintaining a healthy relationship.

Adam and Steve are very happy with there new life with their adopted child, however, Steve worries about if he is taking care of his child correctly and if he can successfully support her now and in the future. This is a common worry during the early parenthood stage.

One of the great rewards Adam and Steve experience is the delight of having a child and the closeness a child brings to a couple.

Adam and Steve now have to spend money on things such as baby food, clothes, toys, and books. They also have to spend money on other things such as doctors appointments, insurance and baby sitters. This stage usually lasts about twelve years.

As Adam and Steve's child grows up, they enter the later parenthood stage. During this stage, Adam and Steve must begin to teach their daughter how to become an adult, how to take responsibility, time manage, and other adult like things.

Adam and Steve's daughter decides to work as a ninja pirate in Somalia. At this point, Adam and Steve try to evaluate where they went wrong as parents, this is one of the many worries parents go through in this stage.

Although Adam and Steve's daughter didn't turn out well, usually a great joy parents witness is their child growing up and becoming a productive member of society. Parents may help this by either paying for the child's college or trade school fees. They may buy them a car or help them financially to buy their own house or apartment. This stage in the cycle lasts about eight years.

Now that there daughter has moved out and is terrorizing the high seas. Adam and Steve have reached the empty nest stage.

Adam and Steve now have the responsibility of taking care of each other and to occasionally help their child out of a bind.

After a few years of swash buckling, Adam and Steve's daughter has been captured by the police and faces serious trouble.  This reflects one of the many worries parents face when their child leaves home.

Even though Adam and Steve's daughter turned out really bad and is turning this stage of the cycle into a nightmare for them, most parents rekindle during this stage. Now that the child is gone, couples have more time with each other to reconnect.
