Raspberry Birthday cake
Ingredients:140g ground almond,140g butter, 140g sugar,140g flour,2 eggs,1 tsp vanilla extract,250g raspberry,2 tbsp flaked almond,
Method:
Heat oven to 180C. Mix the ground almonds, butter, sugar, flour, eggs and vanilla extract in a food processor. Spread half the mix over the cake tin and smooth over the top. Put the raspberries over, then add the remaining cake mixture on top. Put flaked almonds and bake for 50 mins until golden. Cool and dust with icing sugar to serve.

Moist Chocolate Cake

Ingredients ; 2 cups flour, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon baking powder, 2 teaspoons baking soda, 3/4 cup baking cocoa, 2 cups sugar, 1 cup oil, 1 cup brewed coffe, 1 cup milk, 2 large eggs, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 325°. Mix together dry ingredients in a bowl. Add oil, coffee and milk, eggs and vanilla. Pour into two round baking pans. Bake 25-30 minutes. Cool 10 minutes. For icing, combine milk and flour in a saucepan; cook until thick. Cover and refrigerate.
2. In a bowl, beat butter, sugar and vanilla until creamy. Add chilled milk mixture.
3. Frost cooled cake.

Sprinkle Cheesecake
Ingredients: 1 cup Walnut Halves, 3 tbsp sugar, 1/2 cup sugar, 4 tbsp butter, 2 packages of cream cheese, 2 eggs, 1/2 tsp vanilla extract, 1/2 cup rainbow sprinkles , 1/4 cup whipped cream
The Steps:1.Preheat the oven to 325 degrees. 2.Put the walnuts into a food processor and pulse until finely ground. Add 3 tbsp of sugar and all of the melted butter. 3.Press the walnut dough into the bottom of a 6 inch spring form pan, set aside. 4.Put the cream cheese in a bowl and mix with sugar. 5.Add the eggs. 6.Add ½ cup of rainbow sprinkles. 7.Pour the mixture on top of the walnut crust and bake. 8.Allow the cake to cool for 5 minutes, 9.Top with whipped cream and remaining sprinkles before serving.

Fresh Strawberry Cake
Ingredients:2 1/2 c. cake flour, 1 1/4 tsp. baking powder, 3/4 tsp. Salt, 1/2 tsp. baking soda, 3/4 c. Butter, 1 1/2 c. Sugar, 2 tbsp. Sugar, 1 c. strawberry preserve, 4 eggs, 3/4 tsp. vanilla extract, 1/4 tsp. red food coloring, 1/2 c. buttermilk, 1 3/4 c. heavy cream, 1 ½ pt. strawberries
Directions:Cream the butter and 1 1/2 cups sugar. Add 3/4 cup preserves and the eggs. Scrape down sides of bowl and beat in vanilla extract and the food coloring. Add the flour mixture by thirds, alternating with the buttermilk and ending with a final addition of the dry ingredients. Bake about 20 minutes. Cool. Top with strawberries.

Three-layer sponge cake decorated with mastic
Ingredients:3 shortcakes of different sizes, Rainbow mastic, 400 grams of strawberries, Candles 1, 5 and 0, Glaze in special bags, Pistachio, vanilla and chocolate cream
Recipe:1.Decorate the smallest shortcake with chocolate cream, medium and large with pistachio and vanilla. 2. Make multicolored figures and place all over the cake. 3. Decorate our cake with strawberry 4.Add the glaze on the sides of our cake.
5. At the top of the cake put 1, 5 and 0!
6.You can decorate it with nuts or other berries.
The cake is ready!

Chocolate avocado cake
For the cake: 1 large, ripe avocado (about 150g), 300g sugar, 350g flour, 50g cocoa powder, 1 tsp soda, 2 tsp baking powder, 400ml milk, 150ml vegetable oil, 2 tsp vanilla extract
Method: Heat oven to 160C.
Put the avocado and the sugar in a food processor and whizz until smooth. Add the rest of the cake ingredients to the bowl with 1/2 tsp fine salt and process again to a velvety, liquid batter. Divide between the tins and bake for 25 mins or until fully rim.
Cool in the tins for 5 mins, then turn the cakes onto a rack to cool completely. Melt the chocolate, either over a bowl of water or in the microwave, then let it cool for a few mins. Use this to sandwich and top the cake. Cover with sprinkles or your own decoration, then leave to set for 10 mins before slicing. Can be made 2 days ahead.

Strawberry cake
Ingredients:1 box white cake mix,1 box strawberry-flavored instant gelatin,2 large eggs,1/2 cup oil,1/4 cup water,1/4 cup butter,1 package cream cheese,1 package frozen strawberry,1/2 teaspoon strawberry extract,7 cups sugar,Freshly sliced strawberries.
Directions:In a large bowl, combine cake mix and gelatin. Add pureed strawberries, eggs, oil, and water. Pour into prepared pans, and bake for 20 minutes.Cool for 10 minutes.For the frosting: In a large bowl, beat butter and cream cheese until creamy. Beat in 1/4 cup of the strawberry puree and the strawberry extract. Gradually add sugar, beating until smooth. Spread frosting in between layers and on top and sides of cake. Garnish with sliced fresh strawberries, if desired.
