Princess Marina swam through the cool, refreshing sea. 

She could see the palace from here. "Marina, you'll be 

late for your first day at Salty Shore Elementary School, 

and finish your breakfast sweetie!", mom shouted from 

the palace. Marina dashed back. "Marina. don't forget, 

I'm picking you up today.", dad also said. Marina 

secretly was extremely nervous about school. She may 

be the princess, but what if nobody liked her? She 

slowly ate her omelet. Basically, the only thing that 

Marina was looking forward to was a nice swim when 

she got   home, and a turkey sandwich to eat for lunch 

with a bottle of fruit punch.

lAfter Marina's mom dropped her off to school and said 

her goodbye's, Marina walked through the doors of the 

school. It was huge. Marina has never seen so many 

fishes and mer people. Even some sea dragons. Marina 

looked for her locker when-BUMP! Marina slammed into a 

girl in the hallway. "Watch it, sea scum!", the girl said, 

getting on her feet. "I'm sorry, but no need to be rude! 

Let's start over, I'm Princess Marina Isabella Lily Gully.", 

Marina said back. "I know who you are! I am Princess 

Skylar Annasophia Marietta Startrumph. And just so you 

know, my kingdom is better than yours!!!!!", The girl 

said back crossly, pushing aside Marina and adjusting her 

crown while leaving. Marina didn't know much about the 

kingdom Krystosio, but their princess is not very nice. 

Everyone knows Crystalia has a greater amount of 

people...no offense!

Marina quickly put away her stuff in her locker and rushed to 

class, trying hard not to bump into anyone else. "Room 209", 

thought Marina, as she checked her schedule. She walked in 

and walked slowly towards the teacher. The whole class had 

their eyes on Marina. As scary as it seemed, Marina tried not 

to think about it. "Ah, welcome to my fourth grade class, 

Marina! I am your teacher, Mrs. Rivers.", the lady said. 

"Hello", I managed to say without choking on my own words. 

"Class, say hello to Marina!", the teacher told the class. "Hi-

Ma-ri-na", the class said, still sleepy because of the early 

time. I managed to take a glance at my new class. Everyone 

looked pretty nice, until I saw Skylar. She was glaring at me. 

"Oh no!", I thought to myself. "This is a nightmare!!!" "Mrs. R, 

Marina can sit with us!", shouted a girl in the back. "Thank-

you, Linny! Marina, you can sit next to Linny.", said the 

teacher. I began to smile. I finally found someone nice, other 

than my teacher!

I pretty much blended in for the rest of the day. Linny invited me to sit with 

her and her friends at lunch, so I finally got my turkey sandwich. I also met 

George Greenwaters who is very nice. He love planes and wants to build 

buildings for the whole ocean community. Also, I met Linny's twin brother 

Ted. Linny and Ted are both twins and their dad own CrystalStreams inc. 

which is a mine station for all the ocean realms to use. After lunch was 

normal too. Linny and I had so much fun painting and George showed me 

some awesome origami. And Ted was exploring. He wants to be an 

explorer with Linny. We found alot of things exploring. During recess, we 

swam and found a hiding place. Then after Science, it was time to go 

home. I had to go find my dad near the parking lot. While I was walking 

out the door, Skylar tripped me. All my homework fell out of my arms. 

George helped me to my feet. "That was hilarious, Sky", said Jenna, 

Skylar's mean friend. "I thought so.", Skylar said, walking away with Jenna. 

"Those girls are really mean. You're better then them.", George said kindly. 

"Thanks, I know. Well, bye guys.", I said as I left the classroom. "Bye!", 

said George waving. I left for the parking lot, to find my dad.
