Emma was walking home from the bus stop. She was in kindergarten. That day, her class made a gingerbread man. It was fun. Her sister Grace, was sick. Emma reached her house.

"Emma, put your stuff away. I cut up an apple for you", her mom said.

Emma put her stuff away, and started to eat some apple slices. Her mom did not put cinnamon on the apple slices.

Chapter 1: The world

Emma got up and tried reaching up towards the cinnamon sugar.

"Whatcha doing?", asked Grace sounding annoyed.

"Nothing", said Emma casually. Emma climbed onto the counter.

"MOM!!", Grace yelled, "EMMAS ON THE COUNTER!!".

"Emma, get off the counter", her mom said calmly.

Emma slowly got off the counter. Emmas

mom got the cinnamon sugar and sprinkled it on the apple slices.

Emma was lying in the grass on a grassy field. The sun was shinning, and the birds were chirping away. Wild flowers dotted the field. Life was perfect.

Suddenly, The ground opened up, and Emma fell. She was falling, falling, falling. In a few seconds, she landed in a pile of purple hay. The hay wasn't exactly soft.

She had landed in a barn. Emma spotted a cow. It was pink, with brown splotches. It was the strawberry milk cow! The strawberry milk cow gave strawberry milk. The cow was cared for by a man named Steward Milkharvey.

"Hi!", said the cow.

"Wait... WHAT???! You talk??", exclaimed Emma.

"I think I talk", said the cow.

The cow walked forward. In the process, he knocked over a milk can. Pink milk spilled all

over the place.

"Whoopsy", mooed the cow.

The milk seeped into Emmas shoes.

"Sorry! Steward will clean up the mess and your shoes. What are you doing around here?", the cow asked.

"I actually have no idea", said Emma.

Just then, Steward walked in

Emma was on her way. Steward had cleaned her shoes. He also gave her jug of strawberry milk, and a piece of buttered strawberry toast. She passed a strawberry statue of a cow. She knew she had entered strawberry village, were everything was made of strawberries. Even the houses! The fountain in the center of the village. The water was strawberry flavored.

Suddenly, a wolf jumped out of the bushes. Emma screamed.

Chapter 2: The goofy wolf

The wolf stared at her and cackled, and disappeared into the undergrowth.

Emma walked into strawberry village still scared by the wolf. The pink water gurgled in the fountain. People were milling around and merchants were organizing their stands. The smell of baked goods floated out of one building, and the smell of flowers drifted out of another.

Emma was so busy looking around, she didn't notice someone walking up to her.

"Hello!", the person said. Emma whirled around.

"Oh hi!", Emma said.

"mia heta illageva ibrarianla", spoke the person.

"Huh?", said Emma.

The person laughed.

"It's called pig latin. I was saying; Im the village librarian", he explained.

"Ohhhhh", said Emma.

The librarian lead Emma along the shelves of books.

"So, lemme get this straight, you fell, and met a pink cow.And you need to get back home".

"Yea, pretty much", said Emma.

The librarian handed her a purple book. Emma opened it and read; Too get out of emmas world, follow the path and meet the monster. The word monster sent shivers up her spine.

"Well, run along!", the librarian said.
