2
Once upon a time, there was a beautiful girl with long blond hair. She lived in a very high and colorful tower. That girl was Rapunzel. She had a mother who always left her locked up in the tower to run her errands. Rapunzel has never stepped a foot outside the tower and was afraid to. Her mother warned her that the world is a very dangerous place and could take her away forever if she ever went out.

3
One day Rapunzel was staring out at the window and saw a flying lantern. When it got closer the flying lantern fell in front of the tower. Rapunzel always wanted to see a flying lantern but she never got to see it up close. Then she heard a speaker and the person said that in 2 days from now there will be a lantern lighting ceremony. Rapunzel really wanted to go, so she used her long hair and stepped out of the tower. She quickly ran into the woods so her mother wouldn’t spot her.

4
As she kept walking and noticing cool new things she bumped into two very cute kids. Hansel and Gretel. They were lost and had no place to go so they walked with Rapunzel. “UHHHHH! I’m so hungry”, said Hansel. “Me to”, said Rapunzel. “I could eat a whale, not a horse, a whale,” said Gretel clenching her teeth. Then out of nowhere a gingerbread house appeared. They excitedly ran up to it and took big bites. Rapunzel who didn’t know what gingerbread was, took a bite and loved it. They were parched and went inside to see if the sweet gingerbread house had some refreshments.

5
Then they heard, “Who are you?”, “What have you done to my house?” Why are you here?” It was a warty old lady with some berries, standing at the doorway. Rapunzel said, “We are lost and got really hungry and don’t have a place to stay. We then saw this gingerbread house and thought that it was food and ate it. We didn’t know that it was a house and that to yours.” The old witch grinned and said, “Oh well, it’s all right. Be free to have whatever you would like.” The three started eating even more and quickly fell asleep with the witch by their side.

6
Soon Rapunzel smelled smoke and woke up. She saw that the sweet old warty woman was doing magic. Rapunzel then figured that the warty old woman was a witch. After the witch fell asleep, Rapunzel saw a shadow and recognized that it was her mother. She quickly grabbed Hansel and Gretel and they kept running until they came to a creek. They were far away from the nasty witch and her mother.

7
They were still tired but kept walking and walking until they found an empty cave and slept until sunrise. They drank water from a nearby river and walked even more. They walked until they approached three little houses. The first one was made of sticks. The second one was made of hay and the third, a much more sturdy looking house was made of bricks. Then suddenly out of nowhere they saw a big wolf, who huffed and puffed and blew the stick house away. Then a little pig (who was in the house) ran to the house made of hay. The wolf then huffed and puffed the second house down. Two little pigs from the house ran and went into the house that was made of bricks. The wolf tried to blow the brick house away but it was too strong. The wolf walked away with defeat and said that he will be back later.

8
Rapunzel, Hansel, and Gretel walked up to the house and it was answered by three little pigs. The pigs allowed them in and they talked about the mother and evil witch. The pigs knew the mother and how she would always take their berries and wasn’t nice. Later the wolf came back with a chisel and hammer. He tried and tried but that didn’t work. He then came back with a pickaxe which he used to break the house. Surprisingly it worked and the pigs, Rapunzel and Hansel and Gretel ran from the back door.

They ran and ran until they were out of breath, which was easy for the pigs. They knew that they were far away enough from the mother, witch and now the wolf. They kept walking until they came up to a little shop. That shop was full of many animals. There was a bluebird, pigs, two horses, and much more. They came up to the clerk and asked her if she had any food. The clerk whose name was Chloe answered that she didn’t know and that she was new. Rapunzel sighed and asked if she could borrow a horse. Chloe said that she didn’t care and Rapunzel, Hansel and Gretel, and The 3 little pigs took off with the horse.

10
Soon they got tired and hungry again, same with the horse. They found a little damp cave and went in. They found honey in the cave with some bunnies. All 6 grabbed a fruit and started eating. Suddenly, they heard a voice calling Rapunzel and they knew that the mother, witch, and wolf found them. Rapunzel led Hansel and Gretel and the 3 little pigs farther into the cave. “It feels like we have been walking forever”, said Gretel. Rapunzel said, “It’s been 3 min and we will get there.” Rapunzel led them to the other side of the cave and they found an opening and snuck out. In front of them, standing was the mother, witch, and the wolf. Rapunzel, Hansel, and Gretel, the 3 little pigs quickly pushed the three out of the way and they hopped onto the horse and rode off.
