There once was a story of a brave little bunny
Who accompanied a princess very young and rather funny.
Jemima is her name and she rocks a pink bow.
She lives with Princess Charlotte in their St. Augustine chateau.

I’ve known her forever, since the dawning of time.
Our adventures are endless, well at least until bedtime.
She says she’s my mom, which I believe to be true.
I just can’t help but wonder why she’s not my color, too.
In our daily pursuits to far lands and near stores,
I must always come with or other ears become sore.

One day she left me alone and in bed.
Then I heard the door shut. Off went a 'DING' in my head.
“Alone?” I thought, “Could this really be?”
The whole house to myself, I can finally roam free!
As I lay still in bed pondering places to prance,
Suddenly it hit me: I must take the chance!

Down the street to the left is this place called The Park,
where sand, swings and slides reside with fluffy animals that bark.
There’s just one little problem… How ever will I get there?
Eureka! I’ve got it. I’ll ride the fur-bear.
She’s big, blonde, and bushy and they all call her Bailey,
She usually gets yelled at since she poops inside daily.

Once I get myself ready I call her by name,
Hop onto her back and hold tight to her mane.
Down the stairs, out the door make a left at the light,
In just a few minutes we’ll arrive on the right.
As we approach I wonder what to do first,
But before I do anything I must quench my thirst.

I engulf the warm, wet water, drenching myself head to toe,
Then scramble off to the monkey bars to glance at Bailey below.
As I swing bar to bar, I envision life as a monkey;
Devouring bananas by the bunch and getting a wee bit chunky.
Next I adventure to attempt the bridge of horror,
But it wasn’t that scary, so I’m off to explore more.
