In the Savannah, the winters are very dry but in 

the summer it gets some rain. There are very 

little trees since there is not enough rain. There 

are so many different types of animals and plants 

which are able to survive in the wild. It's not only 

mother nature that harms them but they also 

cause harm to each others for the sake of 

resources(food, habitat,water). 

There are different types of animals in the 

Savannah that are all connected in one way or 

another in something called the food web. 

They are the ones who make their own food with 

energy from the sun, these are called producers. 

They get eaten by other animals such as the 

zebra and baboon which are the predators since 

they eat the producers , they are primary 

consumers since they're the first to eat. 

Then they get eaten by animals higher up in the 

chain like the lion and cheetah. And in the end 

when they die they get eaten by organisms that 

eat at their dead bodies like the dung 

beetle(Decomposers).
