Hi everyone! My name is Willy Water Drop! I wanted to be here today to tell you one my many adventures.

This cycle was my very first, so it is very important to me. Let's begin where it all started!

It all started up in the clouds. I was floating water vapor, having the time of my life. I had been in a gas state my whole life.

Then, all of a sudden, it happened. My warm air cooled down enough to the point where I began condensation!

I was very scared! I start to change into a different form...a liquid! I had never been this way before.

I was hurtling down towards a large body of water that looked just like me. The clouds roared up above and as I got closer to this large mass of water, I realized where I was going.

The Ocean!

In the ocean, it was dark and salty. I had never been in such a large mass of molecules just like me.

All around there were different creatures I had never seen before. None of them had wings like I'd seen up in the clouds.

Because of the scary creatures, I stayed close up towards the surface. Little did I know that I would be taken on a wild ride again.

The heat from the sun began to start a new process, evaporation. I was now on my way to travel back up to the beautiful sky where all my friends were. I couldn't wait to tell my story.

Once back up in the clouds, I saw all of my old friends. Wanda Waterworth, Harold H2O, and my best friend in the whole world, Amy Aqua.

I told them about my scary times down in the ocean, and how I never wanted to leave the clouds again.

After I told my friends the scary news about the ocean, Amy helped me realize something.

"Oh Willy, you don't have to be afraid anything. The water cycle is a natural part of life and we are able to help millions of organisms by traveling all over ecosystems. I have been to lakes, rivers, glaciers, you name it! The water cycle is nothing to fear, but love."

Amy's talk really helped me understand the importance I am. I couldn't wait to travel again!
