The Periodic Table and The Elements
I love you all so much!

Once upon a time there was a country called Periodica Tabiles. In Periodica, there were many cities that were all in a row. The cities rarely talked amongst each other, only coming together to trade goods like electrons. The cities were divided by The Line and were split into two groups, Metals and Non Metals. No one was supposed to cross or even touch The Line, but those who didn't care and did anyways were called Metalloids.
Periodica Tabiles

One morning, Heli Um, an element from the city of Nobilie Gasés, wanted to travel to the city of Alkali to meet up with his good friend Hydro Gen, but it was all the way to the west side of Periodica. So instead he decided to send a message. He wrote a long letter and sent it to Alkali City.
Dear Hydro,
I hope you've been having fun over there with the other Alkalilians. It's been pretty boring over here in Nobilie Gasés. No one really likes to bond. I've decided to send this letter since I can't get to you due to The Line. My only concern is that the metalloids might not be so cooperative; they are so unpredictable. Anyways, it may take some time for the letter to get to you, so I'll be waiting patiently for your reply.
Your Good Friend,
Heli P.S. Beware, Arsenic may contaminate this letter.
So there the letter went, on its way to the other side of the country.
It came to a stop at the city of Halogen, where Chlo and Flo Rine took peep at the letter.
"Hey, check it out, Heli's sending a message to Hydro," said Chlo.
"Yeah, and he doesn't seem too keen on the idea of that mean old Arsenic getting his hands on his letter," said Flo.
"I think we should help him out," Chlo suggested. "We'll get this letter straight to the Big City, right over The Line. I think the other metalloids can help us with that."

Chlo
Flo
"Good idea," agreed Flo. "Just don't tell the others that we're interacting with the metalloids."
And so they sent the letter past the city where Arsenic lived to get to the Big City, or Transitinio Metallica. But in order to cross The Line a metalloid had to deliver the message across.
The letter landed in the hands of
Sili Con, who tried her best to hide it from Arsenic. With the help of her good friend Germa Nium, they were able to complete the task successfully and the letter was off Transitinio. They each wrote something to Hydro at the bottom of the letter.

The Metals were known for being the cool kids since they lived in the Big City, and they were strong. But this was also a bad thing, because they always fought for each other for attention.
Once the letter reached Transitinio, they all fought over who would get to read it. Some of the Metals were ranked above the others, since they had more energy and strength. Zinc got the first look, and once he read it, he gathered the others around to come up with a plan to get it to Hydro. They all wrote a little note at the bottom of the letter.
