Once upon a time a prince named Charles wanted to run away to AWOL because he didn't want to go to the doctors. He asked his girlfriend Kat if she would run away with him,but she refuses to go with him.

The next day, he jumped into a back of a truck, and got caught by the driver. Instead of turning in Charles to the police, the driver allows Charles to stay.

The cops still manage to find prince Charles, and stabbed him unjustly. Despite his wounds Charles escaped the cops and met Lisa at a gas station nearby.

Lisa is an orphan who is sick and has a small amount of time to live. On the way to her doctor, her siblings begin to fight. She managed to avoid them but cannot make it to her doctor.

Along the way, Lisa and Charles stop at a restaurant because they were starving. There, they meet Cody

Cody is very young and is terminally ill and has few time to live as well. Together the group of three run away together in the woods because they do not want to go to the doctor's office.

Charles takes the crying baby, and the group goes into the bus. Lisa and Charles pretend the baby is theirs. They meet another teen mom named Emily.

The police track them down, they try to defend themselves, and steal the cop's tranquilizer gun. The cop is shot and becomes unconscious. Lisa suggests that they change and disguise themselves.
