     Ancient Egypt

Stable Food Supply

Beer and wine is what ancient Egyptians drunk. 

Depending on if you were wealthy or poor is 

how much you ate.Most wealthy ate all 

different types of bread,animals and 

vegetables. The poor usually ate bread without 

yeast, onions,   sometimes even fish. Also 

female dancers were entertainment. So you 

could say they had a good supply of food.        

Government     

Ancient Egypt's government was not that good.One 

thing is that it was run by Pharaohs. They made all the 

decisions whether you like them or not. They also got 

invaded by many other countries so that meant they 

did not have good fighters or weapons to protect 

themselves. 

Also they had unfair laws.If you did something wrong 

there would be bad consequences,

Like getting hung on walls, also your family could be 

punished for your crimes. 

Writing

Ancient Egypt's writing was on scribes.They 

communicated and recorded information that 

way.They wrote with hieroglyphs.Then they 

came up with more paper for different 

purposes.Like scripts to show beliefs,history 

and beliefs about Egypt and papyrus scrolls to 

write on.The key to unlocking the hieroglyphs 

was the Rosetta Stone.

Social Structure 

Ancient Egypt's social structure was divided into 

two groups upper and lower class. Upper class 

so many times abused the lower class because 

the upper class people thought they were better, 

they also had more stuff than them. The 

pyramid was a visual metaphor to show ancient 

Egypt. plus the rulers were the rich upper class.    

Art

Ancient Egyptians art was paintings, sculpture's 

and pottery.The paintings was about afterlife, 

gods and goddess,so were the Egyptian  

sculpture's. The pottery was made into vases 

and amulets.So they had a good art source.     

Technology

Ancients Egypt's technology was copper tools to 

bronze tools because they work better. Then 

bronze tools to iron.They made stuff like 

pyramid's and clocks. 

Religion

Ancient Egyptians religion was handed down 

from generation.One belief was about the 

afterlife.Two main factors in their religion   is the 

priest and Pharaoh's, they were really counted 

on. If everything was going fine the people 

thought that the leaders were doing good, but if 

not they were to blame.Egyptians had over 700 

hundred gods and goddesses.
