Now since Arthur had nothing else to do he decided to go to his brother's lab. His brother, Sammy, was a scientist. When he arrived at his brother’s lab, he found him mixing some chemicals. “What are you making?”, asked Arthur.

“Oh, nothing much, just a formula that will heal all wounds instantly.”, said Sammy.

Arthur not interested in anything that Sammy had to say walked into the next room

Then Arthur saw a huge bowl sitting on the middle of the floor. “Cool!”, he said, “What's that?”

“That's an experiment that I’m working on that will give you super strength!"

Arthur climbed up and leaned over the pot. “Careful!", yelled Sammy, “Don't fall in!”

But it was too late and before he knew it Arthur fell. “Oh no!”, yelled Sammy as he hoisted Arthur up, “Are you okay?”, he asked Arthur with a worried look on his face.

“Yeah I’m fine.”, Arthur replied, "But all the sudden I don't feel so good."

"Here take this.", said Sammy, as he grabbed a small flask and handed it to Arthur.

"Ewww!", yelled Arthur, "What the heck is this?!"

"Just drink it!", Sammy yelled urgently.

"Fine, fine I'll drink it!", yelled Arthur as he gulped it down.

The next day Arthur woke up super excited about his powers. He couldn’t wait to try them. He quickly got dressed and went on downstairs to eat. He snarfed down all of his breakfast in eight bites. Then he quickly ran outside and was about to start practicing.

But then he remembered the drink that his brother gave him, "I'll try it anyway.", he said.

First he picked up a huge two hundred pound weight and held it above his head, next he did one hundred push ups with one hand, and lastly even climbed up to the top of his house in five whole seconds!

"Wow!", he said, "This is amazing, I have super powers!"

Later that day while Arthur was taking a stroll in the park he came across something strange. There were penguins all around him with feathers blasting of their heads and into the snow. “Hmm.”, said Arthur, "What's going on here?"

Arthur started to investigate see what was happening. But he saw nothing out of the ordinary. He passed someone eating a hot fish, he passed an old lady selling top hats, yellow hats, and helicopter hats, and - "Wait a minute!", yelled Arthur, "Those look like the hats that those penguins had on!"

He turned back, but before he knew it she was gone. "Haha!", he said, "She's making the penguins go bald!”

Right as he left the park he ran straight to Sammy’s lab. Sammy was working on his healing potion.

“Hey Sammy did you see it. Penguins are in the park going bald!”, yelled Arthur urgently.

“So what that's just another part of growing up.”, said Sammy.

“No, no, there’s an old lady selling hats and she is making people go bald!”, yelled Arthur, but whatever he said Sammy wouldn't listen to him.

“Sure, sure a likely story, now can’t you see I’m busy?”, answered Sammy now getting annoyed.

“I'm serious they're bald penguins out there you have to believe me!”, yelled Arthur.

But it was no use as Sammy got mad and made him leave, and Arthur stomped out the door into the snow. Then he had an idea. He ran back home, got his costume, and then ran straight to the park.

"I'll find her all by myself!", he yelled.

Arthur ran back to the park as fast as he could looking for the old lady. He couldn't find her anywhere. He ran all over the park than he saw it, the old lady was driving an old van down the road speeding past all of the lights!

Then as loud as he could he yelled, “This looks like a job for Super Penguin!"

He ran after the van all the way down the road until it came to a stop. It was parked next to the assisted living center! He ran in the building and yelled, "Super Penguin to the rescue!", but when he caught up to the old lady he realized that he had made a huge mistake.
