Hello Everyone!! Welcome to my church. I'm here to teach you anything and everything you need to know about Roman Catholicism. My name is Pope Francis and this is my religion.

The origin of my religion comes from the Roman-Latin Empire. It traces its history to Jesus in Nazareth and his apostles during the period of Roman occupation, in the early 30’s C.E.

The founder of Roman Catholicism is Jesus, therefore all the bishops are the successors to Jesus' apostles, and the bishop of Rome, aka the Pope, is the sole successor to Saint Peter who was appointed by Jesus.

Roman Catholic is a monotheistic religion. Monotheism is the idea of believing in only one god. Polytheism is based on the idea of believing in multiple Gods. Roman Catholics only believe in God, which makes it a monotheistic religion.
The religion spread by Hierarchical Diffusion across the Roman Empire in secret until Emperor Constantine made Christianity the legal religion. After the Great Schism separated the Roman Catholic Church from the Eastern Orthodox Church, it continued to spread throughout Europe hierarchically.

Roman Catholicism is a Universalizing Religion with thousands of missionaries working worldwide to help those in need while spreading the word of God. An Ethnic Religion is one that appeals primarily to a specific group of people in a specific place.

Roman Catholicism is the largest denomination of Christianity in the world, claiming over one billion adherents and more than one-sixth of the world population. The pope is the catholic church’s highest earthly authority on matters of faith and mortality.

Roman Catholics have strict rules for both men and women. Women should not dress or act like men. Women should also wear long skirts/dresses with a scarf covering their hair, also known as a nun. Men should shave their head and wear a tunic covered with a hood for monks.

The nuns wear their clothing to symbolize that their way of life is not a day job or a temporary thing. Differences among nuns establish important aspects among each other. Monks have to shave their heads as a symbol of their renunciation of worldly fashion and esteem.

Roman Catholic nuns wear either some form of habit or modest street clothes. It is worn to signify a nuns commitment to the church and the spiritual life. Clothes are usually very modest and black. Differences among nuns establish important aspects among each other.
