“Oh no the President is missing!” says Jimmy

“We better find him quick before our country falls apart.” Says Bob the cop.

“Wait what does the President even do?” Jimmy says,

“Let’s find what he does in the Constitution in Article 2," says Bob. Bob the cop and his partner Amy look up Article 2 in the Constitution.

“Oh! Over here! I found it!” Bob said. “His responsibilities are to enforce the law, the Vice President, is the President of the Senate, appoint judges, pass bills, commander in chief, and to declare war.” Said Bob

“Oh and he is also part of the Executive Branch”, says Amy.

“How many terms does the president have left.” Asks Bob,

"What is a term?" Asked Jimmy.

“A term is a limited length or time for example the president’s term, has two, four-year terms.” Says Bob.

” I wonder who is in the branch?” asked Amy.

Jimmy asks, “What’s a branch, like the one on a tree?”

“No silly, it’s the branches of government." says Amy

Jimmy asks “What is the branch of government?”

Amy replies," A branch of government is “

Bob rudely interrupts,

“Okay okay let’s stop the chit-chat and start to find the President.” Bob rudely says.

“Okay I guess you are right. “ says Amy.

"WAIT! I still want to know what branch of government means!" Jimmy yells as they ignore him.

“So now that we got all our research about the President who would have the President? “ Amy ask.

“Do you think it is one of the members of the Executive Branch?” Bob asked.

“I have no clue but whoever did it is going to get in big trouble.” Amy says.

“Let’s go talk to the cabinet maybe they might know. “ Bob suggests

“All right” Amy says.

They go over and talk to the Cabinet at the White House

Bob says, “Alright, alright now you partisans.”

Amy replies, “Did you guys know that the President is missing?”

Charles a cabinet member says, ” Wait what! The president is missing?”

Bob says, “Yes he went missing.”

Cameron another cabinet member replies, “When?”

Amy says, “This morning at like 10 am”

“Wait did you say 10 am?” Carry says.

“Yes why?” Amy says.

Carry one of the cabinet members replies "Well the Vice President left this morning at 9:45 am.”
