You may be asking yourself what is Self Esteem? Self Esteem is the way one thinks of oneself. A person with high self esteem is comfortable within their skin. They are not afraid to ask question and will often reach out if they need help. People with high self esteem are normally more comfortable with their body. They have learned to love themselves for who they are rather than hate themselves for what they look like. Their confidence is often
high from multiple successes in and out
of school.

Someone with low self esteem find themselves wondering if they are worthy enough. They are afraid of criticism from their peers and family. Someone with low self esteem will avoid asking question and will often miss out on getting help when they need it. It is not that they do not have successes, they are harder on themselves and do not readily recognize it.
When they do something right, they
obsess on what they feel is wrong.
This can take a toll on someone.

Low self esteem is a big deal. People with low self esteem are at a high risk for depression. Depression can lead to anxiety, loss of appetite, lack of sleep , and suicidal thoughts. Self esteem is a very underestimated state of mind that can have some huge consequences tried up with it. Please take care of yourself and take the necessary steps to improve your self esteem.
There are several ways to improve self esteem. For some it can be hard to build and maintain self esteem . It will take some time and a lifetime dedication to maintain high self esteem. here are five ways to improve and maintain self esteem;
1. Don't compare yourself to others.
2. Think positive and kill negative thoughts
3. Stand tall
4. Get to know yourself
5. Smile

A health relationship is when one another treats each other good. They care about what the others feelings. They have a good trusting relationship that no one is getting neglected.

An unhealthy relationship is when they are always fighting, calling each other hurtful names.

Sexting is sending naked or sexauly suggestive photos though electronices. People set to send nude photos to each other for sexual pleasures. It is mostly associated with teens in high school because of the If you think that it just a photo. You would be wrong. 13% of sexting teens have emitted trying to commit suicide in the last year compared to 3% of nonsexting teens. The sexting itself is not the cause.
The cause is the bullying from other student that the
photo was also sent to from the original receiver.
Picture that you send to your boyfriend or girlfriend or whatever can be saved and shared with his friends which would lead to a domino effect. This will lead to bullying and the bullying could lead to suicide. Or your significant other can post it online to were a lot of people can see it. This can follow you though your whole life, to colleges, jobs, and even marriages. People you don't know will be able to see the indecent photo of you. This can lead to sexual predators have your photo. Girl have been know to be Kidnaped
after these pictures have been posted. There are many more dangers out there than that but I think you get the point.The best way to prevent this from happening to you is to not send nude photos to anyone.
Sexting is very serious issue for teens. You can be charged with possessing and distributing child pornagraphy. In case you didn't know child pornagaphy is taking or distributing pictures of children that are under the age of 18. Several 18 year old boys have charged for having nude photos of their 16 year old girlfriends and it's very possible that they ended up on the sex offender list because of this. Even if you don't get in trouble with the police you can get punished by your school and that can mess with future job opportunities. So the next time you think about sexting ask is it worth ruining your life over?
