Hello everyone this is my story, I'm Rebecca the only girl in the family. My mother died of cancer when I was 12. So now I live with my dad, older brother, Mike, and my younger brother, Max.

I'm 17 years old now and this is my room. I go to wenchal high school in my junior year. I'm in my schools fashion club and i am running for president. I've been so into fashion and beauty since my mother died because she always wanted me to be like her.

Rebecca we are going to a family trip this weekend and we're all going!

There is a party this weekend that i'm going to so I can't go.

Maybe, so I am going to this party because I have been waiting for this and I am not changing my mind!

Todays the day my family is going on the trip, and i'm going to my friends party. I just need to decide what I am going to wear. So im just going to try some outfits on.

How can this be

When  I answered the phone and heard what they said I felt like my legs were jelly and I was about to faint. This is when I found out that my family got into an accident.

While I was dancing I got a call from the hospital so I stepped out of the party to the front of the house.

When I get to the party I get a call from a hospital, so I go outside to take the call.

When I got to the hospital I was told that my youngest brother has passed away. When I heard that news I didn't believe it so I asked them if I could see him, and they took me to his room, I started crying and just trying to say goodbye before they take him to a different room.

why couldn't I have been there to protect you
