      Aa is for Alligator

Hi, I am Alli the Alligator. I like to swim in the ponds, lakes and swamps. I also bask in the sun so I will have energy to find a tasty meat treat.

      Bb  is for Bear

Hi, I am Berry the Bear. 

I live in the meadows

and woodland. I like to

eat a lot of plants, berries,

honey and animals so I will

be ready for hibernation.

                   Cc is for Camel 

Hi, I am Carmen the camel.

I live in grasslands,

deserts and plains. I like

to eat thorns, salt-brush

and plants with water.

So I can travel long

distance with out

drinking water.

      Dd is for Dolphin

Hi, I am Dole the

Dolphin. I live in

the ocean and I

like to eat fish

and squid. I am a

great swimmer

but I need to

breathe air out of

the hole of my

head.

    Ee is for Elephant

Hi, I am Ellen

the elephant. I can be

found in the forest and

desert. I like to use my

truck to drink water

and eat 200

pounds of

plant foods, fruits

and nuts.

      Ff is for Flamingo

Hi, I my name is Fema

the flamingo.

I like to spend time

at the lakes and lagoons.

My favorite food are fish,

snails and shrimp which

turn my feathers pink or

red.

Gg is for  Giraffe

Hi my name is George the giraffe. I live in the savannas and grasslands. I am as tall as a tree and I use my long tongue to pluck and eat leaves off the trees.

    Hh is for Hippopotmas

Hi, my name is Hugo the Hippo. I spend a lot of time in large shallow lakes and rivers. I eat a lot of grass and aquatic plants. I open my mouth wide to warn animals not to bother me.

        Ii is for Iguana

Hi, my name is Ida the iguana.

I am found in dry places

like deserts, forest and

seashores. I eat insects

when I am young

and I eat plants when I

grow into an adult.

         Jj is for Jaguar

Hi, my name is Jade the Jaguar.

I live in the rainforest and mountains.

I like eating animal meat, climbing trees and swimming.

      Kk is for Kangeroo

Hi, my name is Kane the kangaroo. I live in the rainforest and I eat plants. My powerful legs help me leap and jump higher than a 10 ft fence.

       Ll is for Lion

Hi, my name is Leo the lion.

I live in savannas and I like to

eat animal meat. My roar can be heard 5 miles away.

      Mm is for Monkey

Hi, my name is Mona the monkey.

I spend my time in woodlands climbing, swinging and leaping from tree limbs. I like cleaning fur and eating fruit, like bananas and insects.  

     Nn is for Numbat

Hi, my name is Numa the numbat.

I live in the forest and I eat termites.

There are not many of us because we are endangered animals.

       Oo is for Owl

Hi, my name is Owen the owl.

I am found living in woodland, farmland and deserts.

I am nocturnal and I like to eat animal meat and reptiles.

      Pp is for Porcupine

Hi, my name is Porche the porcupine.

I leave in the forest and I like to eat bark, roots, fruit, berries, insects. My body is covered with sharp quills that protects me from predators.

      Qq is for Quail

Hi, my name is Quin the Quail.

I am a unique looking bird with a topknot on my head. I live in deserts and I like to eat seeds, leaves, berries.
