Joey the Taco loving Dalmatian is up early this morning.. really early. No it's not Christmas. Or Easter. It is holiday time at the cottage! Joey and his family are going to Kelowna, BC for a week of fun, sun, and relaxation.

Soon the family arrives at their vacation spot. Joey jumps out the car and takes a look at the beautiful lake! wow! he has never seen a lake this big before! this is going to be so much fun! and this sand is nice. This place is great!

Joey is quite settled in for this vacation. He sets up all his vacation gear, finds a nice spot on the beach, and is ready. He looks around at this wonderful place in the world. In front of him is this lake. To the left side of him is a nice family making a sandcastle together. To the right of him sits a lady enjoying her book. And behind him is.. OH MY GOSH.. WHAT IS THAT????

A Taqueria! at this vacation spot! oh my gosh oh my gosh oh my gosh oh my gosh oh my gosh.. This is a dream come true!

Joey gets up from my comfy spot on the beach to get some tacos!

When  Joey gets closer he sees sign that says "drive thru only". That's not stopping Joey. He knows what a drive thru is. He goes up to the drive thru window  and a very grump sounding lady voice says on the fuzzy intercom "What can I get ya?"

Joey happily answered. " I'll get 3 soft tacos, 3 hard shell tacos, 3 fish tacos, and some nachos. "

But all the grumpy lady on the intercom heard was "BARK BARK    BARK BARK BARK   BARK" because she does not speak dog.

Joey walks up to the window and meets the grumpy lady. She is just as she sounds.. grumpy. And Clearly not a dog person.

"Get out of here, mutt! no dogs in the drive thru!" she says.

Mutt? Joey is frustrated. He is clearly a purebred dalmatian. Now how is going to get tacos from this grumpy lady?

As Joey was walking back to his cottage, he noticed a sign that said "recycling centre", which is where the all the cottage dwellers are encouraged to empty their recycling. This gave Joey a clever idea..

Joey is a determined dog when it comes to tacos. He goes through the recycling centre, and spends the day piecing together a great looking disguise from things he could find in  the bins. What do you think? Will this fool the grumpy drive thru lady?
