Anna said “Can you read a bedtime story for me daddy?’’.  Her dad said “OK” to Anna and started to read the story.

Once upon a time there was a big planet named “Smiley”. There were no people, there were only smiling faces. The smiling faces had two legs, two arms. They didn’t have any hair. Their eyes were brown or blue. In this planet, there was only one emotion. It was “happiness”.  They were very happy but they had a problem, they couldn’t express their other emotions.

One day little smiling faces were going to the school. At  school they learnt about a new emotion “sadness” but they didn’t understand anything. They asked to their mom that “Do you know an emotion like ‘sadness’? Today our teacher tried to teach us this new emotion sadness.”

Their mom looked at them and said “I know it but there is ‘happiness’ now, ‘sadness’ is a tiny, little, stupid emotion. Please go and do your homework” Their mom said but she was still smiling.

   Days after, one smiling face said “Look! There is a spaceship coming to here!” One day scientists came to the “Smiley” planet by their spaceship from another planet. They looked around. They were very shocked. They thought that was a joke but that wasn’t a joke.

The other said “It is incredible”. One smiling face came near to the scientist and said “Why did you come here? We are very happy here and where did you come from?”. Scientist answered  “We are from Earth, United States of America and we heard about your planet from the news of NASA".

Fifteen smiling faces were wondering a lot about the world and the other emotions.

Next day, they took these fifteen smiling faces to their laboratory, to the earth. They examined them but they couldn't find anything on their skins or faces.
