Sizzle the truth by reading an iconic twist between that imperfect love story that will have you saying No Way.

The night was really tense I must say. The soft winds and stars lit the atmosphere as my best friend was enjoying her special day. I just couldn't get it off my chest to express how I felt... But I really didn't want to ruin her night.
"Can I get everyone's attention please," as I tapped my glass of Atlanta's finest sparkling cidar.
"I would just like to make a toast to my bestie who's been through it all with this, tall caramel headache over there," the guests laughed as I pointed. "But hey, without her, I don't where I would be in this world."
"Thank you best.." whispered Regina as she blew a kiss to me.
Adrian just sat there with his all white tux smiling at me. I just wanted to melt holding that glass of champagne. Snapping back into reality, this wasn't the appropriate night to tell a secret. "So without further a due Regina & Adrian,
I couldn't be anymore happier for the both of you two - Congratulations beautiful ones!" smiled Jamie.
Adrian & Regina's family and friends both clapped and continue enjoying the festivities as the recession proceeded. Regina's dress was stunning beneath everyone's eyes. If it wasn't the diamonds, it had to be the backless flower trail. I sat down as I watched Adrain approach Regina from afar.
"Can I see you for a moment?" asked Adrian
"Hey bae, you ready to cut the cake? You know how pops is.."
"That's cool bae," kissing Regina, "I'm just glad its over."
"Yeah I know.. with the money, and the expenses - we pushed through it."
smiled Regina.
"Well, lets get back to our guests - the nights almost over." smiled Adrian.
Oh lord, he was coming. I was devouring this plate of pasta with the rest of the maids who were in deep conversation. I was nervous, but my baby was hungry. Adrain was smiling as he approached me smoothly.
"Caramel headache huh?" he smiled.
"Oh don't mind my choice of words boy, you know I just be playing."
"Where you running to?" as I dropped my napkin.
"Dang, a girl can't help herself to some cake!" I joked edging out of my seat.
"Mmmm.. I guess so, just take it easy now. Don't want my baby with no cold feet or nothing."
"Ha! Funny little boy.. your choice of words are not adding up to say this is your wedding night." we both laughed.
Our warm laughs and eye contact made me upset all over again. I just wish that we got married, and not... well Regina. Not to mention, the three of us were great friends since High School and practically I saw Adrian first. He was my high school crush, my college fantasy, but its hard when your best friend has to steal what was never mine. But hey, Adrian was my first and we will forever have something to carry on til' death do us part.
Just because we may not be married, I still love him and Regina can never changed how I feel for that man, but she'll never understand.
"I'm far from a little boy, I'm a man!" as Adrian fixes his bow-tie.
"How cute," as I touched his beard with a smile, "I still have something very important to tell you."
Just before I edge into my next sentence, Corey bumps into
Adrian as if his attention was needed.
"Heeeey brother from another mother, wassss happening!?" as Corey goes in to dap down Adrian.
"Oh snap! Boy I ain't seen you since college.. How's it been my brother." expressed Adrian as they both bark like dogs.
"I see we still remember those good ole times but my brother, you then found you a nice, fine young dog bone and laid the hatchet!"
"Yeah my brother it was that time to lay my foolish days down..." sighed Adrian.
They both narrowed in conversation as I stood their heart pounding debating should I do it. I didn't know whether to crash this wedding or to break his heart. But it was needed to be done.
I felt like I was about to just burst, the weight of my 8 month baby was difficult to handle. Everyone thinks its for Corey, who's deeply in love with me, but I'm not even close to in love with Corey as I am with Adrian.
But The gag is, the baby is for Adrian.
Now you know why I am nervous, what have I done. How was I going to break this news before It was too late. Adrian thinks its for Corey and that's what I need to inform to him. All these months, I let two men get the best of me. I cant continue to go own like this - someone has to know.
"Baby? Baby......" as Corey voice lingers in the back of my mind.
"Y-Yes.. what I miss.."
"Aha, I was just telling Adrian how proud we were to be having our baby girl to be born this fall."
I smiled and looked at Corey, "I know huh!" fixing his bow-tie.
"Have a seat baby, what you needed?" offered Corey.
"I'm good baby, I'll go get my own cake."
"Baby jus--"
"I said I'm good!" nearly knocking Corey out the way.
Adrian watched the two of us slightly argue, he didn't know how I was really feeling. But, it was now or never.
"She ight bruh?" wondered Adrian
"Yeah yeah... she tight," Corey picked up a glass of wine
"You know how females are when they pregnant." as he took a sip.
"Mmmm.." Adrian walked up to the cake display as he was handed a knife by his Aunt.
Everyone wanted a bite out of his four inch tall football cake. I just stood in a corner emerging to burst into tears but I was scared. This wedding was so beautiful and my heart was so cold.
My baby was kicking and I needed to go home. I took one last glance at Adrian as Corey was drinking his kidney off.
