is for Academics

Rochester High teaches helps their students reach the highest academic levels possible. Your probably already smart but a good four years here and you'll leave much smarter. Really try to focus in on what your learning so you can have top notch academics.

is for Basketball

We might not be be the best team out there but, why not see if you can change that. Some times one good player can change the success of an entire team, maybe that player can be you!

is for Class

As a Rochester student you'll have four classes a day. But we have a block schedule so on A days you have your A classes, and on B days you have your B classes. Pay attention to what day it is so you don't show up to the wrong class.

is for Detention

You don't want any detentions if you can manage to avoid that. One way you can keep from receiving detentions is by being respectful to your teachers, and show up on time!

is for Ethics

Ethics are the way that you do your work. Having good ethics will not only help you in school, but also when you graduate to the real world.

is for Final Exam

These will come at the end of a semester. You want to do good on these because it could determine whether you pass the class. Your teacher will give you tons of time to study for this test.

is for Grades

Keep your grades up so you can pass on to the next grade. Sometimes you can get awarded for keeping all A's or B's.

is for Homework

This is the work that your teachers give you for after class. If you don't do it you won't be successful in high school, so buckle down and get it done!

is for Internet

At Rochester we have the privilege to use the internet through our Chromebooks. By using Chromebooks we can do multiple assignments and projects in many creative ways. Take care of the chrome books because they will be your most important tool for learning.

is for Jocks

These guys are not all bad like they portray in the movies. I suggest hanging with them their pretty cool, and if you are one I hope you accept the other students who want to be apart of the group.

is for Kutcher

Hands down one of the best teachers in the school. If you have that man you got lucky, because it will be an easy year.

is for Locker Room

Get a Lock! their not expensive but they will help to make sure that you don't lose your stuff. Trust me, getting your stuff stolen stinks, so lock it up.

is for Math

Most likely one of the more important classes in High School. Make sure you pay attention and learn as much as you can.

is for New Students

Most likely your coming from the Rochester middle school so you know everybody in your grade that's going to be in the high school. Some kids don't have that privilege so treat them with respect and except them.

is for Objective

Your objective for high school is to graduate. Make sure that you stay on task and remain focused.

is for Physical Education

Easily the best part of school if you like to get some workouts in. If you like to actually get some gains you can take strength training. If you want something more laid back you can take basic PE. There is also cardio if you like to run.
