Apologizing goes a long way with teachers in high school. If you are caught messing up or acting poorly, apologize for your actions and teachers will for give you.

is for Behavior

Your behavior reflects what kind of person you to your teachers. Good behavior can you help ease your way through high school if your teachers like you. Don't be the class clown and annoy your teachers.

is for Complete

Complete your homework always on the deadline. It helps you get a better grade and it also shows your teacher you are doing their assigned work when it needs to be done and you care about doing the work.

is for Directions.

Always follow your teachers directions. This can apply for homework, their classroom rules, or anything else they say. Following directions is going to help you with homework and keep you out of trouble.

is for Extra

Always try and do extra work if it is available. Extra credit is only just going to help you and it also shows the teacher you're willing to go the extra mile to get a good grade and that you care about your grades.

is for Failure

Failing, whether its a test, or failing to complete an assignment, is going to happen at some point during high school. It is nothing to stress about, unless you're making a habit of it. After it has happened, just try your hardest to do your best on the next assignment and try not to let it happen again.

is for Goals

Set goals for yourself. At the beginning of the semester, or even quarter, set goals for yourself. These can include grades, sports, or even your behavior. Try your hardest to achieve these goals and it will help you do better in school.

is for Homework

Homework is a big key for high school. There going to be nights you have a large amount of homework. It helps to not put things off until last minute and always try to complete all your homework.

is for Ideas

If you come up with a good idea you want to try that could help the school or help a teacher or anything, speak up and let your idea be heard. Teachers and staff won't look down on you for coming up with an idea to help the school, they will love it.

is for Jobs

Finding a job is going to be important when you turn 16 and start driving. You're going to need money for gas and other things during high school. also, having a job gets you some experience for the real world after high school.

is for Kindness

Be kind and nice to your teachers and fellow classmates. Help them out if anybody needs help with something you can help them with. It will go a long way with teachers and classmates.

is for Lockers

Lockers can help you in high school. If you are a student that has classes that uses a lot of textbooks, don't try and carry all your books all day, use your locker. Also keep it clean.

is for Money

Money is a big component in high school. You're going to need money for extra circular activities, school dances, and if you have a car you're gonna need gas.

is for Naps

Naps and sleep are huge for a highschooler. If you have an opportunity to catch up on your sleep and take a nap, take it. It will help a lot because there will be nights you don't get all the sleep you need.

is for Opinion

People are going to have different opinions and views on things in high school. I promise you, it is going to happen. An argument over something is going to happen with someone. The best thing to do is accept their view of the situation, and be the bigger person and move on.

is for Procrastinate

Procrastination is one of the hardest tasks to overcome as a high schooler. If you do this, high school will all of a sudden become hard when it doesn't have to be.
