One day, long ago, Shrek was chilling in his swamp with donkey. All of a sudden the smurfs trespassed onto his swamp. Shrek said "What are you doin' in me swamp" and the smurfs said "We own this swamp now." Shrek then responded with, "It's against the law." Then the smurfs said " According to Martial Law it is completely Legal." Shrek stormed away and yelled "We will see about that."

The very next day Shrek woke up to a swamp filled with smurfs and and decided to start Total War. He barged out of his hut and yelled "This is my swamp" as he began to dropkick the smurfs and stomp on their huts. But the smurfs responded by overtaking Shrek and tying him down to the ground. This battle was later named the Battle of Bull Run.

The Smurfs celebrated later that day by digging a hole for Shrek and putting him in there. Papa smurf gave a speech about their victory (gettysburg Address).

While all of this was happening Shrek complained about how he was never given a trial or a hearing (habeas corpus).

The next day, the Copperhead's stumbled upon the swamp and helped to resolve the issue between shrek and the smurfs. Shrek got to keep his swamp and the smurfs leaft to return to a life of poverty and despair.
