To myself in year 1/2......

“RRRIIINNNGGG!!!”
The school bell rings for the start of the day at St. Bronsonson’s Primary.
All the kids rush to their classrooms, excited to start the day.

But the class of ½ B was especially excited because today was the opening of their brand-new classroom.
As the class lined up in front of the door, they waited for their teacher to open it.
they looked through the small glass window on the door, eager to see what was inside.

“WOOAHHHHH” the kids said, at the sight of the new tables, chairs and whiteboards.
Then suddenly the door opened, for the kids to find their teacher shout,
“Quickly everyone! Find a seat and let’s start this awesome day!”.

Little Timmy was the first to run inside. Setting his eyes on his chosen chair.
He shouts, “CANNON-BALLLLLLLLLLLLL!”, as he leaps into the air.

“BAM!”
Little Timmy lands on the ground.
“OUUUUUUUUCH!
What happened!” he shouts.
“How did that happen?” He said confused.
Little Timmy looked up to notice the chair had moved back.

“Too slow Timmy! That’s my chair!” Shouted Candice.
She sprints into the room and leaps for the chair Timmy missed.
“BAM!”
Candice lands on the floor too.
Confused, she looks up to see the chair moved even further back.
“That’s so strange. How did we both miss it?”

“AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAHAHAHAHAHHAHA”
Suddenly, the chair bursts out laughing.
“AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA”
“That has just made my day, thanks kids! You’re all just too funny!”

“Why did you do that Mr. Chair?”
The kids begin to form a circle around the chair, Timmy and Candice on the ground.
A younger boy emerges from the crowd of kids, “Why did you do that Mr. Chair?” said Steve.
“The name’s Boris, kids. Thanks for the fun entertainment, AHAHAH!”

“You’re a bad chair!” screamed Jess.
“You’re such a meanie!” yelled Candice.
“You’re a bad chair!” screamed Jess.
“Nobody’s going to want to sit on you!” teased Timmy.

The door slammed shut. Making all the kids jump.
Their teacher had arrived and it was ready to start class.
The kids went and sat in their chairs
all but one chair.
Boris, the mean school chair.
