There once was a frog named Pepe. Pepe was a comedic symbol of meme and lasting sadness, but today he resembled an odd form of happiness.

Pepe was excited to see his friend who had just returned from his uni-cycling race in Egypt.

Alas. The two amphibians were reunited. Pepe and his dear friend Dat Boi.

Despite his joy of seeing his companion, Pepe noticed something unpleasant about Dat Boi.

Before Pepe could ask his buddy about his appearance, Dat Boi explained that he contracted Smallpox.

Dat Boi tried to calm his crony's worries by stating the odds of dying from the disease was only a 25% chance.

As Boi was informing Pepe more about his condition, a particle of dust floated through the air and down the cycling frog's nasal cavity forcing him to sneeze.

Dat Boi apologized for his allergies and then subtlety proceeded to tell Pepe that smallpox can be spread by air, saliva, coughs and sneezes.
