Chapter 1
Sports
The sport that we covered this past semester in Physical Education was football, tennis, basketball, and soccer. Also for each sport we would practice playing that sport. We would be in a group and practice with each other that sport we were practicing on. And for each spot we did different types of project. Like for football what we did was a football presentation project.
Another sport that we did was tennis. And for tennis we had to do a video on how to play tennis. Also the position on how to play tennis. The other sport that we did was basketball and for basketball we did a video. And the last sport we worked on was soccer and for soccer we watched 3 films teaching us on how to play soccer.

Chapter 2
Football
The basic rules of Football are moving the ball towards the opposition end zone if they make it to the end zone its a touch down. This is achieved by either running with the ball until tackled, or throwing the ball down field to a teammate.
From each team there are 11 players on the field. A football field is 120 yards. And every 10 yards is marked by a field number. The offense is the side in which the player has possession of the ball. The defenses primary job, as a team, is to keep the offense from scoring.

There are many different ways to score for example a Touchdown is worth 6 points. When the team kicks the ball over the crossbar that is worth 1 point. Field goal, is a worth 3 points, and it is scored by kicking the ball over the crossbar and through the goal post.Safety, is worth 2 points, and is scored by the opposing team when the team in possession at the end of a down is responsible for the ball becoming dead behind its own goal line.
For me I really don't have a favorite professional football team. If I had to pick which team is the best is the San Francisco 49ers.

Chapter 3
Tennis
The rules for tennis are are to play with either two player single or four doubles. And each players they stand and go into the opposite side of the net. For many people they think who is going to serve first. The simple thing is to toss a coin and who wins the toss coin can serve first or pick the court that they want. The dimension of tennis is 78 feet (23.77 meters) long and Its width is 27 feet (8.23 meters).

Backhand- you can use one or two handed backhand. A one-handed backhand will provide you with longer reach. Also is better-suited to handling shots.
Forehand- The forehand is usually a player’s strongest shot and the key to a great forehand is footwork.
Overhead- the tennis players mostly serve and they are require to footwork and it does not involve a ball toss.
The scoring system for tennis is start from zero the first point is 15 then 30 finally 40. And when they get to the point the team wins.
