Act I

Once upon a time there was a Women named Hippolyta but in just four days she would get married, she thought that the four days were going by so fast but as for her to be husband he wanted to get married right away and thought the four days were going by slow.While Hippolyta and Theseus were talking, in came an angry Egeus the father of Hermia.He was upset over the fact that Hermia didn't want to marry the man her father chose for her because she was in love with another his name was Lysander.

Later on Lysander and Hermia are alone Lysander then comes up with a plan to runaway and get married far away so that no one will stop them, Hermia also agrees so they both agree to meet in the woods and runaway to get married.Just then their friend Helena came Hermia was so excited for her and Lysander she told Helena of their plans hoping Helena would be happy as well because then she would be able to be with Demetrius because she loved him.But instead she went and told Demetrius of their plans to runaway and get married.

Because Hermia isn't wanting to listen to her father he took her to Theseus to ask if he would let Hermia's father force the law onto his daughter.Meaning either she marrys Demetrius or she dies.Theseus agrees with Egeus then tells Hermia what she's going to do.So Hermia tells Theseus and her dad that she only wants to marry Lysander. Theseus then gave her a third choice which is to be a nun so she has to chose either marrying Demetrius, dying or becoming a nun so she can't marry anyone.

Meanwhile not far from them Quince and a group of other actors were talking about about performing for the Duke and Duchess at their wedding. But they came across problems like about how they were going to have natural moonlight inside and how they were going to portray the lion they didn't want to make the lion to scary because then the women at the wedding would be scared so to solve those problems the would open a window for the moonlight to go in and then they were going to make the lion scary but not to scary.

Act II

While Quince and the rest of his crew were talking two gods Oberon and Titania were fighting. They were both arguing because of a little Indian boy Titania had stolen from an Indian king, Oberon wanted to have the little boy as his servant but Titania told him no because the little boy was very special to her. But that wasn't the real reason they were fighting they were fighting because both Titania and Oberon were accusing each other of loving other people when they're supposed to be married.

But instead Puck found Lysander not knowing he wasn't the right guy , put the juice on his eyes instead of Demetrius and had led Helena to him. When Lysander woke up he fell in love with Helena and lost his feelings for Hermia. After Puck put the juice in his eyes and led Helena to him he left to where Titania was sleeping to also put the juice in her eyes to make her fall in love with any living thing she sees when she wakes up so that Oberon can take the little Indian boy.
