diet - a certain set of foods you should eat
sodium - salt; helps to keep you healthy, but should also be eaten in small amounts.

Water gives your cells a bath, and is a major part of your blood.


Protein is needed to help our bones, muscles, and skin to grow.
Proteins also help us be able to run around with our friends, even after we’ve used all of our carbohydrates.
Carbohydrates help let us be able to run around on the playground with our friends

Fats help to also make our bones, muscles and skin grow.
Vitamins help us grow and stay healthy. They aso helps build bones and teeth, and heal
cuts and scrapes.

Minerals help us to be able to use our smarts.
