Nazim Hikmet, who came to the world in Thessaloniki on 20 November 1901, is said to be born on January 15, 1902 in order not to look great for 40 days.
On June 3, 1963, he lost his life in Moscow. Nâzım Pasha from the Rift Mevlevi order. Midhat Pasha's close friend. His father is Hikmet Bey, a graduate of Mekteb-i Sultani (Galatasaray High School), an officer of Kalem-i Ecnebiye.

University finished in 1924 through the border secretly entered Turkey. He started working in the Aydınlık magazine. When he realized that he was watched, he passed to Izmir. During the investigations initiated in 1925 due to the Sheikh Said rebellion, he was sentenced to 15 years in absentia. He ran away again. In 1926, the apples were not used. He was sentenced to 3 months in prison for being a member of a secret organization. In 1928, the first book of poetry in Baku was published as "The Turkic of the Sunshine."

It was taken into custody during the arrests initiated by a declaration in 1932. In 1933 he was sent to Bursa Prison. He was sentenced to 5 years in prison. He was briefly detained and released.
In 1938, he was once again arrested on charges of inciting rebellion students at the Military Academy. He was sent to Ankara prison. He was sentenced to 15 years in prison. He was brought to İstanbul Prison. Court martial' He was also tried and sentenced to 20 years in prison. He was first placed in Çankırı in 1940 and then in Bursa Prison. He's been in prison for more than 10 years. Despite his inability to publish, he wrote continuously. Efforts to release have failed. In 1950 the hunger strike began. Since the health condition is not good, Cerrahpaşa Hospital was removed in Istanbul. In 1950 he became free again under the amnesty law.


Mathematics, cybernetics, physics, music, all of this, ultimately, only people need to learn to read poetry and understand them.
