Once upon a time, there was a little girl who always liked to read. This girl’s name was Rachel. Her favorite book was “Bullies Never Win”. I said to Rachel, that is a interesting story you are reading.  I would like to know what it is about.

It's about a little girl named Bella who has been bullied because of the way she looked. She attends school at Cardinal Gibbons High School. After Bella was bullied so many times, she started dressing, talking, and even walking like her bullies.  The teacher asked her "Why are you dressing like that Bella?"

OMG she is so ugly and fat!

Bella said "that she was tired of being picked on and wanted to be like the other kids in the school. "So she changed everything about herself to fit in. The teacher said," you don’t have to be like the other kids; be proud of who you are and BE YOURSELF!"

Bella said , "what should I do if I get pick on again? " The teacher said "I will do my best to make sure that doesn't happen again." If that does happen again I will take you home to speak with your parents and we will return to school together. Don't let anyone bring you down nor change who you are." Now I need to know who is picking on you and I will tell Principal Grace.

DON'T LET ANYONE BRING YOU DOWN!

Bella said, "No please don’t do that!" They are going to pick on me even more if I tell you and they are reported to Principal Grace. Please don’t tell the principal, I’m begging you! Bella don’t worry about what other people may say about you. They don't know the real you. And by you trying to become them, they will never know the real you.

  Fine! said Bella. The people bullying me were Alex Hunter, Drew Smith, and Peter Jones. Thank you for telling me that they were bullying you. You can tell me anything and you can trust me. Yes ma’am, I know I can trust you. So can I get back to class?  Bella said. Yes you may,  said Mrs.Jackson.

BUT IF THEY BULLY ME SOME MORE IT'S YOUR FAULT.

OK ,BUT DON'T LET ANYONE MAKE YOU DO SOMETHING THAT YOU DON'T WANT TO DO.

Mrs. Jackson went to the office and told Principal Grace that Alex Hunter, Drew Smith, and Peter Jones were bullying Bella. The Principal immediately got on the intercom and called Alex Hunter, Drew Smith, and Peter Jones to the office. You could tell she was upset when she was calling their names over the intercom.

WHAT DO YOU NEED

They all walked out the classroom and went to the office. Principal Grace said, "Why have you young men been bullying Bella?" They all said we haven’t bullied Bella! Drew said "Bella is not telling you all the truth". Let’s see about that! said Principal Grace as she called for Bella and Mrs. Jackson to report to the office.

Ha,Ha,Ha,this ought be good!

 Mrs. Jackson these children said that they did not bully Bella. Yes, they did said Bella. Why can’t one of you tell the truth about how you have been bullying me? Is it true? Tell me or all of you will be suspended from school said Principal Grace. "Ok, Ok said Drew, we did say some mean things to Bella, but is that bullying? "Yes, it is said Principal Grace". Saying mean things to someone is not a nice thing to do.

Why did you all say mean things? Principal Grace asked. "I don’t know why" said Peter.  Do you know how serious this is? The things you say and do can cause a lot of damage to others.  Do you understand how mean it is?  What if Bella did that to you? How would you feel? I’m sure you would be very hurt and upset right now.  So don’t do that to anyone else, do you understand me? said Mrs. Jackson

They all said "yes ma’am" and apologized to Bella. Ok, now you young men can report back to your class. Bella don’t let them bring you down again said Principal Grace. "Bella go back to your class and let me talk to your teacher for a minute." "Yes ma’am" said Bella.

   Principal Grace said "Mrs. Jackson don't let anyone ever bully Bella again because she is a great student and we don’t want her parents to think that everybody do not like her." Yes, ma’am said Mrs. Jackson. You also need to handle your class, they are out of control. "I’m on it" said Mrs.Jackson.

 When Mrs. Jackson walked back to class, she told her students to sit down in your seats and finish your assessment about the eclipse. You have three minutes and fifty-six seconds to finish your assessment. TIMES UP! Pass your papers to the end of the row. Now we are getting ready for lunch, and after lunch, you all go to P.E. Please pack up your things we are going to lunch now.  

Get in a straight line now before I  send you to the office. Yes, ma’am Mrs. Jackson said all the students. Lets go students, after P.E. it will be time to home. This is how the rest of Bella's day went. The next day Bella as she was getting ready for school she said to herself, here we go. Today has to be a better day.
