for everyone with a twisted mind

most fairytales start with “once upon a time” and end with “and they lived happily ever after.” thats why this fairytale is particularly different. there isn’t a “once upon a time” beginning or a happy ending. this story will have everything but a happy ending. as we all know, not everyone gets the perfect fairytale ending.

with many discussions, the king and queen blindly picked their daughter to be next in line for royal power. oliver wasn’t happy to hear this, he tried to persuade them into picking him but to no avail. brinley of course, was over the moon with this decision. the thought of having absolute power over a kingdom and not being told what to do made her stomach flip with excitement.
it killed oliver to know that his sister would have control. she would turn the kingdom to a miserable place that nobody wanted to be at. he had to do something about it, he couldn’t be a bystander anymore. he must get rid of brinley for the sake of the kingdom. little did he knowm she had her own plan to get rid of him.

it was two days before the crowning and the royal family sat at the dinning table eating supper. everyone was enjoying small talk and they nibbled at their food when brinley spoke up.“mother, why do you insist of putting the desert right in front of me, you know it disgusts me” she said pushing the cake away from and scoffing at her mother. the queen mumbled a soft sorry as she put her head down. oliver glared at his sister as i began to speak. “brinley, you shouldn’t talk to your mother that way, it’s not polite and very disrespectful.” brinley rolled her eyes and shrugged off his comment going back to eating.

that night, brinley laid in her bed and started to think of ways to get rid of her brother. maybe she could poison him? possibly throw him in the basement and lock the door? she contemplated for awhile, not sure of what to do or how to do it. she never really understood why she didn’t like her brother, he always seemed too happy for her liking and it annoyed her.

it was only a day before the crowning, it seemed so close and oliver still hasn’t formed a solid plan. he was in his room when he heard a knock at his door. he opened the door to see his best friend, zane. “dude, you’re in trouble.” he said as he walked him oliver’s room.“excuse me? what to you im in trouble.” zane sat on the bed and started to explain.“maggie was talking with your sister and she’s planning to...get rid of you” oliver’s eyes widen with surprise. looks like he has to get one step ahead of her.
“that dress makes you look fat, maggie, take it off.” brinley spoke from her bed as she was painting her nails. maggie shrugged her shoulders and ran her hands over the material of the dress. brinley was her best friend, but she hated how she was always put down for how she looks and what she wore. she loved this dress and hearing that she looks fat made her upset. there was a knock at the door and both girls turned to look at the door.
