Maria is a 5 years old girl. She lives with her mom, dad, and two of her grandparents in a little house on the south of Mexico.
Maria tiene 4 años. Ella vive con sú mamá, papá, y 2 de sus abuelos en una pequeña casa en el sur de México.






She goes to a kindergarten where she has 2 teachers and a lot of friends. There is Juan, Julio and Dany. She loves to play hide and seek and color books with them.
Ella va al jardin de niños donde tiene 2 maestras y muchos amigos. Esta Juan, Julio and Dany.
A ella le gusta jugar a las escondidas y colorear libros con ellos



She has a dog named luna. She loves to pet her in the head and hear her bark because it makes her laugh. Sometimes they go outside and run together through the grass for hours, until her mom says it’s time to go inside.
Ella tiene un perro llamado luna. A ella le encanta acariciarla en la cabeza y escucharla ladrar porque la hace reir. Algunas veces salen a correr juntos por el cesped por horas, hasta que mamá dice que es tiempo de meterse a la casa.










When Maria is home, she spends most of her time with her mom, and grandparents. Her mother is always playing music and dancing while her grandmother is cooking some great spaghetti which makes Maria happy and dance too.
Cuando Maria esta en casa, pasa la mayoria del tiempo con sú mamá y abuelos. Sú mamá siempre pone música y baila mientras sú abuela cocina spaghetti, lo que hace que Maria este felíz y quiera bailar también.




Maria’s grandfather tells her the most amazing stories, and she always sit on his lap to hear him talk. After that they watch movies together sitting near the television.
El abuelo de Maria le cuenta las mejores historias, ella siempre se sienta en sus piernas para escucharlo hablar. Despues, ven peliculas juntos cerca de la television.



We are going to a new home
One day, Maria’s parents told her that mom was going to get a new job in a new place they were going to live in and that they were really happy for it. But first, she needed to say goodbye to grandpa, grandma, and luna.
Un día, los papas de Maria le dijeron que sú mamá consiguio un nuevo trabajo en el nuevo lugar en donde ellos iban a vivir y estaban muy felices. Pero primero, necesitaba decir adios a los abuelos y a luna.








Maria didn’t like this. She wanted to take her dog, grandparents, and friends with her. She didn’t understand why she couldn’t do it.
A Maria no le gusto esto. Ella queria llevarse a sus abuelos, amigos y perro con ella. No podia entender porque no lo podia hacer.







When she got to the new place, everything seems so different. She didn’t have any of her toys, and she couldn’t understand the movies on the television.
Cuando llego al nuevo lugar, todo parecia muy diferente. Ella no tenia ninguno de sus juguetes y no podia enter las peliculas en la television.




Maria went to a new kindergarten but she felt sad because Juan, Julio and Dany weren’t there. She didn’t wanted to play with anyone, she was shy.
Maria fue a un nuevo jardin de niños pero se sintio triste porque Juan, Julio y Dany no estaban ahi. Ella no queria jugar con nadie, tenia verguenza.






Maria had to stay with dad every time that she was home. She wanted mom to put music and dance with her but she was working now. Her dad even try to make the same spaghetti as grandma, but he couldn’t do it.
Maria tenia que quedarse con su papa siempre que estaba en casa. Ella queria que su mama pusiera musica y bailara con ella, pero estaba trabajando. Su papa intento hacer el mismo spaghetti como la abuela, pero no pudo hacerlo.
