Luis corrió con balón, dribló a través de dos jugadores y disparó una bola rápida a la derecha de la portería.

Luis ran with the ball, he dibbled through two players and kicked a fast shot to the right of the goalie.

El disparo iba tan fuerte y tan bien colocado que el arquero no tenía chance de detener ese balón. Así fue como Luis apuntó el gol ganador del juego.

The shot was so strong and so well placed that the goalie had no chance to stop the ball. So that was how Luis scored the game-winning goal.

Al día siguiente, Luis estaba muy feliz porque su abuelo Don Carlos venía para visitar a la familia. A Don Carlos le gustaba el fútbol tanto como Luis, por lo cual a Luis le gustaba su compañía.

The next day, Luis was very happy because his grandpa, Don Carlos, came to visit the family. Don Carlos likes soccer as much as luis does, whiich is why he likes his company.

Don Carlos dijo:

--Hola Luis, yo escuché de tu partido ayer y cómo se desarrolló ¡buen trabajo!

--Gracias, abuelito. Me has enseñado todo lo que yo sé.

-- ¿Quieres ir a el campo para practicar?

--No, abuelo, pero gracias.

Don Carlos said:

¨Hi Luis, I heard about your game and how you performed, great work!¨

¨Thanks Grandpa. You taught me everything that I know.¨

¨Do you want to go to the field to practice?¨

¨No Grandpa, but thank you.¨

--¿No? ¿Dondé está el Luis verdadero?... Tú siempre querías practicar antes, ¿qué pasa ahora?

--Estoy bien, abuelo, pero no necesito practicar ya.

--¿Sí? ¿Entonces por qué pasa eso?

--Porque después de mi partido ayer, me di cuenta de que soy mejor que todos los otros jugadores. Entonces no necesito practicar de nuevo.

¨I'm ok Grandpa, but I don't need to practice anymore.¨
