Dedicated to my teachers for making me smart.

When I sat down in my desk, I was sweating hard, my hands were sweaty and I was breathing hard. I got my papers back from my professor, “you got a F” he said. This is my personal narrative about my first day of college. In the story I will tell you about my first day of college and how I go to the dinning hall, go to class and live in the dorm.

I couldn't sleep at all the day before my first day of college, there were people out in the halls making loud noise and stomping around. It didn’t help that the beds were as hard as a rock. I did bring a blanket and a pillow from home and that helped me get a little sleep that night. When I woke up, It was really early. My stomach was hurting, I think I was nervous so I didn’t fall back to sleep. When it got time to actually get up, I could barely keep my eyes open. My roommate, Nick Waale would not stop talking about these weird things. When I was getting ready, he just started screaming for no reason. I was starting to get a headache and wasn’t feeling to good. Then I went outside to go get something to eat. When we were walking we saw a lot of huge brick buildings with people coming in and out. We also saw people walking back with loads of papers and I thought to myself, “this can't be good”.

When I got the dining hall, Nick and I went to go put our stuff down and get in line. The food for today was delicious scrambled eggs and crispy bacon. When I got my food, I went to go get some orange juice to drink. So Nick and I ate for a little bit until O’keefe, Austin, and Bodey came over to sit with us. They asked us what we were gonna do after we ate. Nick, Austin,O’keefe and I and said we were gonna go to class, but Bodey decided that he was gonna skip the first day because he was tired. My stomach started to hurt even more, I think I ate to much. I started thinking that I was gonna throw up. I went to the bathroom to see if that helped, but it only made it worse. I started stressing because I left my phone on the table and didn’t know what time it was. When I got back to our table, everyone was almost gone, it was just me and a couple other people I don't know. I had to grab my stuff and sprint out the door to try to get to class on time, but it was a half mile away.

I got to the campus and I still didn't know where I was going. When I got in, I went to the main office to get my schedule. My first class was chemistry and it started in 3 minutes. I saw Nick running in the hall and I asked where he was going and he said he had chemistry. Then He started running again, but he tripped and everything flew out of his binder. I helped him pick everything up and by then, class had already started. By the time we got in the room, the professor was already talking about this stuff that I had no idea what it meant. They're were only two spots left and they were both in the front. Everyone knows that if your in the front, you will get called on even if you don’t know the answer. He then told us we were late and to come sit down. He kept on talking about this stuff that I didn’t know.
