To Mrs. Moffett
You are the best teacher ever.
To My Mom
You are the best mom there is.

As I walked into the big red building I bumped into people. When I reached my dorm I found out about my messy roommate. Then I found out all about the loud hallway at night. Let me tell you about it.

First off, let me tell you about my dorm life. It is already hard for me to get to sleep with all of the noise in the hallway, and not only that but my bed is rock hard. Luckily I’ve got a very soft blanket that my mom gave me. With the noise in the hallway and the rock hard bed I can also hear my roommate on the top bunk rolling around. She also makes a lot of noise. My roommate’s name is Ella and she can be really annoying. She always makes a mess, like when we were unpacking she tossed boxes and clothes everywhere. In the morning, when she is looking for clothes she will toss them everywhere as well. Not only is that hard, but sharing a space is harder because our 15 foot by 15 foot dorm is small, so that means we need to keep clean, but nope, not for Ella. We made our side of the room where our stuff goes, but somehow her stuff gets on my side of the room. Luckily the bathrooms are downstairs so I can get some freedom from Ella. Still, the bathrooms are all slimy and there is hair from the girls everywhere. After all of that mess I finally got to go to my first college class.

As I started to walk to class I found my friend that I met when I was moving in. As we were heading to class we walked past my classroom because we were on a really good topic about our messy roommates. Then she had to get to class. I then realized that I walked passed my classroom, so I rushed through the busy hall to room 245. When I got into the classroom, I could not decide where to sit because I wanted the perfect seat. So I decided to sit in the big comfy chair in the front row right smack in the middle of the row. After that class I found out that the teacher called on you a lot if you were in the front row. As we were in class we had to take notes and I started to take notes, but the teacher was talking fast so I was hard to get the notes down. Finally that class was done, but now I’ve got to go do homework.
