Oregon has many different kinds of landforms.
The Cascade mountains divide Oregon into 2 halves. One half is the rainforest and the other half is plateaus and desert.
Crater Lake was created by a volcano collapsing. An island on the west side of Crater Lake is called Wizard Island.
The Oregon Trail is 2000 miles long.
Oregon has many places for you to see like landmarks and landforms. There are many places to go in Oregon.

History
Oregon has an interesting history.
Native Americans were in Oregon before white people made it to Oregon. There were three Indian tribes. The Chinook, the Nez Percé, and the Klamath.
A guy named Francis Drake decided that the land belonged to England.
People built railroads in the 1880s, reaching to Oregon from the rest of the United States.
In conclusion, a lot of things happened in Oregon.

Nevada
Climate- The weather in Nevada can be very high and can drop very quickly . Little rain and snow falls on this region. Las Vegas for example gets only 4 inches of rain a year.
Economy/Industry-
Nevada prouds lot of different kinds of food. Crops are produced in Nevada include potatoes, barley, winter and spring wheat, corn, oats, onions, garlic and honey . Mint, fruits and vegetables are grown throughout the state
Colorado
States and Capitals-
My state is Colorado. The state capital of Colorado is Denver.
Denver is known as the mile high city because it sits about 1 mile above sea level.
The people in Denver built their own railroad line in 1870.
In the late 1880s more people moved to Denver. In summary Colorado’s state capital is one one high city!
Climate-The weather in colorado is usually sunny and dry. It is colder in the mountains. The summers are hot in the east. Snow and rain don’t fall evenly around the state. The plains don’t get as much snow or rain that the west side of the mountains get. Colorado is a very dry state when you are not in the mountains.
Montana
States and Capitals- Of Montana is Helena.
Climate-The winds from the Pacific Ocean bring rain and snow the Rocky Mountains. They also bring fairly warm temperatures.
Economy/Industry- What do they produce?Montana produces lumber products,barley,and wheat. Service workers help other people. Doctors,Nurses, and Teachers work in service jobs, Lawyers,bankers, and police have service jobs too.
Utah
States and Capitals- The capital of Utah is salt lake city.The population of salt lake city 193,744
Climate-
Here is information about the climate in Utah. in the summer of utah it can reach up to 85 F and in the winter it’s around 40 to 50 F.
