I would like to dedicate this book to my teacher Mrs.Morgan. She is the one who inspired me to make this book. She is the reason the book exists at all.

Ayn
Ally
Aisha
In a little village, far, far away, there lived three sisters. Their names were Ayn, Ally, and Aisha. They were very naughty kids. No one could tell who was who cause they looked exactly the same! That’s why the villagers called them “The Triple A’s.” All three of them had a talent. Ayn was a fantastic gardener. Aisha was a master chef and Ally was the fastest picker-upper ever.

One day the three sisters went to the forest to make a flower bouquet for their mom’s birthday. They were looking for pretty flowers when they saw a little cottage. Ayn wanted to see if anyone lived there. Ally and Aisha wanted to keep collecting flowers, but they followed their sister anyway.
Ayn said “Hello, Is anyone here?” No one answered. So Ayn went inside while her sisters stayed back and told her not to go in. Ayn started looking around. Her sisters went to the back window to see her.

Ayn finds a beautiful little bowl. She thinks, “this will be a great present for my mom.” So she picks it up and turns to leave when, all of a sudden a witch comes in. She screeches, “Who dares to come into my cottage and touch my bowl?”
Ayn tries to run away, but the witch uses her magic to shut the door and windows. Ayn, says, “Please let me go!, I won’t touch your bowl and I won’t come back.” The witch booms, “No!! Since you have tried to steal my bowl you will stay here and be my servant. You will cook, clean, and gather the herbs I need for my spells.”

Ayn had a idea. She says, “No, I can’t be your servant, since you are so wise, you can probably do all of those better than me so why do you need me?
The witch said,” No, Don’t try to trick me. You are young and will be able to do all of that by yourself.”

“No, you are obviously better, you are just being modest. Now, how about we make a deal? We will hold a contest for each of those and whoever wins the most will be crowned as the best.”
“Alright, that seem like a reasonable deal.” The witch said.
Ayn replies, “And if you win, I am free, and if I win I will stay.”
“OK, but one more rule, we both have to try to win and give it our all.” The witch said
“Agreed.”
They shook on it.

The witch announced, “The first contest will be to cook!”
“Wait,” Ayn yelled, “Can’t I say bye to my family?”
The witch grumbled, “I suppose.”
Ayn ran outside to where her sisters were hiding. She told them about everything that happened. Then she told them, about the plan. They both agreed, because she was their triplet sister and they stick together. Ayn came back to the cottage. The witch said, “Finally, you are back, now we can start the contest.”

Ayn asked, “What will we cook?”
“Vegetable soup,” said the witch. The old witch turned around to gather all the ingredients she had. While the witch was doing this, Aisha darted in and hid behind the witch. The witch put everything between her and Ayn. Then she announced, “let the contest begin to make vegetable soup.”

Ayn grabbed the ingredients she thought were in a vegetable soup as the witch grabbed a bunch of vegetables. Aisha knocked a carrot to the ground. As the witch bent down to pick it up, she grabbed a bunch of vegetables and put them in the witch’s pile. The witch returned the carrot to her pile and chopped her vegetables up. Not noticing the all the new vegetables.
Once she was done she thought about what to put in for the soup part. Then she fumbled around to get some water. Aisha grabbed some chicken broth and tomato juice from the cabinet. The witch turned around and poured the water, chicken broth, and tomato juice in.

Then the witch started to make a fire to cook the soup. Ayn was struggling with what she was going to put in her soup. When the soup started to bubble the witch added the vegetables.
Then Ally threw a rock at the door to distract the witch. When the witch left to see what it was, Aisha started working. First she tasted the soup and added some spices. Then she stirred it again and tasted it. Since it was good she ran to the table and crawled underneath.

When the witch returned she stirred her soup some more and then took the pot to the table. She set out four small bowls, two for each and sat down. Ayn finished her soup and brought it over to the table. Ayn and the witch served themselves some soup from each of the pots.

They tried Ayn’s first and immediately spit it out. After they finished getting rid of the taste they tried the witch’s soup. It was so good they finished their bowls and got a another serving. After they finished Ayn said, “See, you are the better cook.”

The witch said, “You still have to clean and gather the herbs. And now it is time for the second competition.”
Ally threw a pebble through the window. As the witch turned to look at the window Aisha ran out. The witch said, “now we will start the second competition, cleaning!”
