I love Lysander!
I love Hermia!

Once Upon a time in a far
away kingdom lived a
strawberry named Hermia. She
was in love with the most
handsome vegetable in the
kingdom, Lysander.

The next day, Hermia was talking to her sour
lemon dad, Egeus, and Theseus, the great pear
king.
"Daddy, I love Lysander!" Stated Hermia.
"No, you can not love him. You are supposed to
marry Demetrius. I will not let you marry him
because he is a vegetable," said angry Egeus.
"As the great pear king I forbid you to marry
Lysander. You have to marry him, become a nun,
or die!" said Theseus.
Right then Hermia's heart broke and she started
to cry.

"Lysander, my sweet love, I have horrible
news. My father and the great pear king
forbid me from marrying you," Hermia said
sadly.
"Hermia, I love you more than cookies,
cake, and pie. Tonight, we will meet in the
woods and we will run away together, like
Cinderella and her prince. We will live
happily ever after!" Lysander said happily.

"Helena, you have been my friend since
we were young fruit, so I have to tell you
something; Lysander and I are going to run
away to the woods, so we can get married,"
shared Hermia.
"I support you! I think that is a great
idea," said Helena.
After Hermia left the castle, Helena
quickly went and told Demetrius about
Hermia and Lysander's plan to run away!

Please be with me instead of Hermia

"Oh I'm so glad that you came! I was
worried all day that you wouldn't make it
here!" Lysander said to Hermia.
In the back of the woods, Helena and
Demetrius were following behind. Helena
wanted Demetrius to give up on Hermia, but
he wouldn't stop following her.

While the cupcake rulers of the forest were
fighting, Oberon, the cupcake King heard
Helena and Demetrius fighting as well.
"Give up on her, Demetrius. I love you so
much!" yelled Helena.
"I don't like you, Helena. Stop following
me!" Demetrius yelled back.
"Puck, I want you to put these magic
sprinkles on the boy's eyes while he's sleeping.
Then, he'll love the girl as much as she loves
him," Oberon told his egg helper.
