What is Healthy food?
Healthy food describes food that belived to countribute to personal or public health. In descending order of generality it may refer to: A healthy diet, Food safety or Particular healthy food


Food clasification.
This is some of the foods in each group:
-Protein: Meat, Nuts, Peanuts, Chicken, Fish, etc.
-Grains: Bread, Pasta, Flour, Corn, etc.
-Vegetable: Tomato, Lettuce, Carrots, Onion, etc.
-Fruits: Apple, Grapes, Banana, Mango, etc.
-Dairy: Milk, Yoghurt, Cheese, Kumis, etc.
EFFECTS AND CONSECUENSES
A balanced diet high in nutritive foods promote energy.
Another consecuense is that from eating healthy you can increase your mind power.
Avocados decrease your bad cholesterol and a good diet helps to strengthen your inmune system.

- Protects your heart.
-Manteins low presure.
-Reduces the stress.
-Invigorates the bones.

Healthy Shrimps
1 pound of shrimps, 3 tablespoons of olive oil, 3 garlic cloves and 1 tablespoon chooped parsley.
In a hot pan, put the olive oil over low heat. Add the garlic, salt and pepper and cook until the garlic is soft but not toasted. Increased the heat and add the shrimp, saute until cooked. Add the parsley and cook for one more minute. Serve inmediately.
Salad recipe:
1 big avocado
1 mango
1 lemon
Letucce
Coriander
Cut the avocado and mango in cubes. Chop the letucce and add. Squeeze the lemon juice and finally add the coriander. Mix everything and serve.
