I am King!

Once upon a time, there was
king, this king was the king of
the animal kingdom. His name was
King Leo the Lion. All of the
animals in the kingdom thought
Leo was going to be a great
leader like his father.

I am the best!
However, Leo was very selfish,
and he soon began to think that
he was the most important animal
in all the world and nobody else
mattered.

Ouch!
One day, Leo went to get a drink
at the watering hole, but George
the Giraffe was in his way. Leo
pushed George out of his way and
George tumbled over and got a
boo-boo.

“Ouch! That really hurt!” said
George.
“Hush your mouth peasant; no
one cares about you!” replied
Leo. Then Leo drank some water
and left the watering hole as
George was crying and the other
animals tried to comfort him.

Are you OK?
While Leo was walking home, his
stomach began to growl and he
knew he was hungry. Across the
safari, Leo sees Harry the Hippo
feasting on some berries.

Leo really wanted those berries
but instead of asking the Harry
to share, Leo distracted Harry
and stole his berries. Leo the Lion
soon ran away with the berries in
his mouth.

“Hey, those were my berries!”
exclaimed Harry.
“Too bad, I’m hungry,” said Leo.
Then Leo pranced away, eating
Harry's berries.

Hey! No fair!
Along the way home, Leo heard
Benny the Bird chirping loudly.
"That chirping is getting so
annoying!" Leo exclaimed.

Leo got annoyed of Benny’s chirping
and climbed up to Benny’s nest and
crushed it. Benny the Bird saw what
King Leo did from the sky and flew
away with tears streaming down his
wings. King Leo then climbed down
the tree and went home.

The next day, King Leo decided to
throw a party.
“I’m sure this will be the best
party anyone in the animal
kingdom has ever seen!,” said Leo.
As the day continued, no one
came.

King Leo got more and more anxious
and worried that none of the animals
in the animal kingdom would come to
his party, so he went to get a drink
at the watering hole.
