Vitamin A plays a role in vision of transmitting light sensations in the retina of the eyes and it also involved immune function and reproduction.
What happens if you don't get enough of Vitamin A? dizziness, blurred vision, liver problems, nausea and loss of appetite.

Beta Carotene is a percusor of Vitamin A. It is the pigment that gives carrots and other vegetables their characteristic color. It is essential component for vision and promotes bone growth, tooth development and maintains skin hair, and mucous membranes. Eating too much beta carotene can discolor the skin. Beta carotene is a fat soluble molecule it can result yellow-orange-pigmented skin usually in the palms, knees and nasal area.

It helps to maintain metabolism , nerve function, liver function, skin, eye heath and also help boost levels of energy. It also helps the body to maintain a healthy nervous system to make hemoglobin that carries oxygen in red blood cells throughout the body to provide energy from the food we eat.

RDA of vitamin C was set at 60 milligrams. 19 years old and older take 90 milligrams. Children 1-13 will take 12-45 milligrams.
Too much Vitamin C can cause stomach cramps, diarrhea, headaches and sleep disturbance. Not enough can lead to fatigue, mood changes and weight loss.



is for Calcium

It is used in bone growth and repair nerve transmission, and endocrine response. 70% of bone tissue is composed of a calcium phosphate mineral. Too much calcium can cause constipation and can also interfere with the body ability to absorb iron and zinc.
RDA: Adult age 19-50 years old need 1,000 milligrams of calcium daily.

Vitamin E protect your skin form ultraviolet light, it also boost immune system to fight off invading bacteria and viruses. Too much vitamin E can cause serious bleeding in the brain.
