THE FALL OF THE HOUSE OF USHER

Man received a letter from his old friends- 

Roderick Usher.

In the letter was said that Roderick was ill and 

that he wants the man to come to his house.

When the man saw him he realized that 

Roderick is really ill, they were the same age 

but Roderick seemed much older.

When they talked Rodericks sister came into 

the room, roderick introduced her, but she 

didnt react. 

After it she went away from the room, roderick 

said that she was ill, she was not asleep or 

awake. 

The man stayed in the house for a while, he 

was scared but he couldnt leave his friend, 

Roderick seemed more and more sad, after 

few days he said his sister died, she couldnt be 

burried near the church or any holy earth, so 

they took her under the house and put her into 

the coffin, she wasnt cold though, she was 

dead but she wasnt dead... From that moment 

Roderick didnt sleep at all, once he came to 

my room and asked, did u hear it, did u see it? 

I was confused...

Outside there was storm raging, I can hear 

Madeline, Roderick said, Then I saw her, she 

was covered in blood, blood on her fingers, her 

face and even dress...

Then roderick came towards her, they hugged, 

roderick screamed, it was wild animal-like 

scream and they both fell on the ground, The 

storm was terrible, I could even see the wind it 

was black...   Lightning came down from the 

sky and hit the house, the walls broke, then it 

started to fall... With great roar the house fell 

into the lake, and the lake closed after it, so 

that was the end of the house of usher...

Masque of the red death

The disease came to country. The illness was 

called Red Death. Prince Prospero the ruler of this 

country saves the most important people in his 

castle. The castle was full of food and vine. Castle 

had seven rooms with different colors. Seventh 

room was black and there was clock. While the 

bell was ringing all people stop all activities and 

listen the bell.

 Finally the bell rang twelve times and people 

saw a stranger with red mask and there was 

blood on his clothes. People run and only 

prince started following him. They came in to 

the black room with the big clock. The ringing 

stopped and prince wanted to kill the stranger. 

But the stranger turned toward Prince without 

his mask and prince fell dead onto the ground.
