S.U.R.G.E Academy
-The Beginning-
Kaylee Blackford

"Okay class, I am Professor Price. For your first day at S.U.R.G.E Academy I have a challenge for you. But before I give you the challenge, there are a few things I need to go over. As you know, people at this academy have a rare energy called Solar Ultra-Realm Galaxy Ex energy; or S.U.R.G.E energy for short."
"To use your powers you have to use S.U.R.G.E energy," said Ms. Price. "After using your energy, it drains and you have to get it back. To do this, you have to help people. Since you are new S.U.R.G.E cadets your energy bar on your Equalizers are empty. So the challenge for today is to go out and fill your energy bar to 100% before we meet back here at 5 o'clock. If you succeed, your team will get a unique suit."
Zaid Frost and Rose Frost are twins, and a team in the S.U.R.G.E Academy. They are walking around Zearing City trying to find people that need help. Rose and Zaid found a lady walking across the street, struggling to hold her groceries. Rose and Zaid helped the woman by carrying the groceries to her car. After they helped the woman their energy bars raised to only five percent.
"This is going to take forever," said Rose. "We need to find a place with a lot of people to help."
"How about a school?" said Zaid.
"That's a great idea, Zaid! Let's go to the school around the corner."
Zaid and Rose used the five percent of energy they earned to fly up to the window. Zaid knocked on the window and the teacher opened it. Zaid introduced them saying that they were superhero cadets from S.U.R.G.E Academy.
"This is Rose and I am Zaid. Our academy is going around town and helping citizens. We were wondering if we could help your students with what they are learning?"
"Yes you can," said the teacher. "I have heard a lot about S.U.R.G.E Academy and it would be an honor for you to help. My students are working on math."
Rose went over to a kid and helped explain their math problem.
Rose read, "A boy has a bag of five blue marbles in one hand and a bag of three blue marbles and seven yellow marbles in the other hand. How many marbles of each color does the boy have? What you do is add the same color of marbles together. The five blue marbles plus the three blue marbles in the other bag is eight blue marbles. The seven yellow marbles in one bag don't have a match in the other bag, so there are no more yellow marbles to add. The answer is eight blue marbles and seven yellow marbles are in the bags."
