By the time I caught up with Lilly I was panting and my leg was probably
bruised from my suitcase banging against it. "I think we lost him." Lilly said "Really
because he always seems to know where we are going , and he follows us!' I shouted
being scared confuse and tired. "Come on if we want to catch that train we better get
going." "yea your right, like always." I said.
Five minute after we left the station I was just starting to relax. Why your
probably asking why i'm just now starting to relax was because I kept looking for
that stoker guy. Thankfully I didn't find him, but this other guy three rows behind us
keeps staring at us. "Tickets, tickets please?" we here an elderly conductor call.
"tickets please ladies." "Here you go." we both said. After we gave him our tickets
he kept staring at me. "um Hello, mister creepy conductor dude." said Lilly "other
people need their tickets clipped or whatever so can you pleases stop staring at my
friend. I would really appreciate that." "Hm oh sorry your friend just reminds me of
someone I used to know." "Who Abigail? She gets that a lot." "Yea I do and who do
I remind you of?" "Lets just say that weird things happen on this train at night."
Then he leaves to go clip other tickets.

Later that night I could hardly sleep. "Lilly, I can't really sleep can you?"
"SNORE" "I guess so" I said and then I heard a voice. Not just any voice but a
soft soothing lullaby being sung. "Hello?" I asked, "is anyone here." and then
right before my eyes a glowing ball appeared in front of me. It started to circle
around me and came back in front of me. "What are you?" I asked only
knowing that it probably can't talk. Then it started singing again. Music comes
with words but I couldn't understand what it was saying. The glowing ball
then glided to the door and went strait through it! "Wait come back!" I yelled
after it. I ran to the door and opened it but it was gone. 'I wonder where it
went I wondered to myself.' Then I went back to our room and tried to go to
sleep with the quiet click clack of the train care against the rails.

"Hello, hello? wakey wakey eggs and bacey." I opened my eyes to see Lilly
staring down at me."Ahhh" I said with a start. Lilly said "Come on we better
go to the dining car to breakfast while it's still there." she said tugging my
arm. "I had the strangest dream," I said, "yea yea will you tell me later." Lilly
said still tugging on my arm "There was this glowing ball floating in the air," I
said ignoring Lilly "and it was..." "Abbey can we please go?" Lilly said
interrupting me. "Fine lets go." I said. When we were walking to the dining
car we passed the man who kept staring at us. "What do you think his deal
is?" Lilly asked me and I said "I don't know but he's freaking me out." "Let's
go before he shoots lasers at us." Lilly said in a hurry.
"Tickets tickets please." called the conductor "Here you go ladies," he
said handing us our tickets. "Um Mr. Conductor?" I started to ask, "please call
me John." he said. "OK um is this train haunted?" "He stared at me like i just
told him he was fired. "Um helloooo?" Lilly asked. "Sorry um I'll tell you
later alright. Meet me in the dining car after dinner." Then he left.

Well it turned out that John didn't show up so we went to bed. Later that
night I stayed awake to see if the glowing ball would come back, and it did.
"Lilly, Lilly! wake up!" I said shaking her "what?" she said sleepily. "Look" I
answered pointing to the glowing ball. Now Lilly was wide awake. "What is
it?" she asked "I don't know," I admitted "but I think it wants us to follow it."
So that's exactly what we did. We followed it until it went through a door that
said "AUTHORIZED PERSONAL ONLY" "I don't think we should go in
there." Lilly said nervously "Come on you love adventures," I said "and one
just happens to pop out in front of us and you turn it down? That's not like
you." Lilly said,"um helloooo the sign says "AUTHORIZED PERSONAL
ONLY" and last time I checked we weren't authorized people." "Fine if you
won't go in there with me you can just stay here were everybody can see you
in your nightgown." If I know Lilly she hates strange people seeing her in her
pj's. "Fine." Lilly said grumpily.

authorized personal only

When we walked in, it was dark because we forgot to bring the flashlight.
"uh I can't see anything, Abby you there?" I woke up from my trance and said,
"Oh yea sorry I ran into something and I don't know what it is. Do you know
where the lights are?" I asked her "Ummmmm yea I think I found it." Lilly
said. Then the lights came on. "Its good we turned those on because I just
almost tripped over something, OH MY GOSH!!" I said as I turned around to
be face to face with a statue of a girl. "what is it?" Lilly asked a little
frightened. "um its a girl, as a statue. A sign at the bottom says her name is
rose. Who's rose?" I asked, "and why are there music sheets all over the
floor?" "I don't know but this place is creeping me out. Can we go back to our
bedroom please?" Lilly pleaded with me
The next morning we asked the conductor and he said he would tell us
during lunch, and Lilly said, "You told us last night and you didn't show up, so
tell us now!" she demanded. "Alright I'll tell you." John sat beside us and said,
"It happened long ago when I was about your age ..."
