Ingredients
-1 kilogram of tomatoes.
-1 green pepper
-1 clove of garlic.
-1 cucumber
-125 ml of olive oil.
-2 teaspoon of salt
-1 small piece of bread
-250 ml of water
Preparation
- Cut and peel all the vegetables.
- Put them in a tall container.
- Add the bread. add the water, salt, olive oil and vinegar.
- Mix everything with a blender.
- Put the gazpacho in the fridge.
- Enjoy!

Ingredients
-5 potatoes
-4 or 5 large eggs
-1 big onion
-Olive oil
-Salt

Preparation
- Peel and cut the potatoes in slices
- Peel and chop the onion
- Fry the potatoes and onions in an abundance of oil.The olive oil must cover the potatoes.
- When the potatoes and onions are cooked, remove the vegetables from the pan and put them in a bowl. Remove the excess of olive oil.
- Mix the vegetables with the eggs.
- Put a little bit of olive oil in the pan and heat it. Put the mixture in the pan.
- To turn around the tortilla, use a plate. Cook the tortilla from one said and from the other side.
- Your tortilla is ready! Enjoy your meal!
Christmas recipe

Ingredients
250 g almonds
250 g sugar
1 egg (yolk and white of the egg separated)


Preparation
Grind the sugar.
Grind the almonds.
Mix the almonds and the sugar with the white of the egg. You will get a dough.
Make shapes with the mazapán dough. Paint them with the yolk of the egg.
Put the mazapán in the oven for 15 minutes at 180º.
Your mazapán is ready, enjoy!
Ingredients
2 oranges
1 egg
black olives
cod fish
1 spring onion or red onion
olive oil
salt




Preparation
Peel and cut the oranges.
Peel and cut the egg into pieces.
Chop the black olives.
Crumble the cooked cod fish.
Chop the spring onion.
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and add salt and olive oil.
Enjoy!

1/2 glass of vinegar
1 glass of water

Preparation
Put all the ingredients in a large bowl and mix them.

Ingredients:
1 cup of oil
1 cup of sugar
1 cup of dried anise or cazalla

Preparation:
Mix the ingredients in a bowl.
Add flour until you get a dough.
Form with it rolls.
Decorate with colorful anisets and candied fruit.
Bake at 150ºC
Ingredients:
250 g of grind raw almonds
250 g of sugar

125 g of mashed potatoes
Cocoa powder
Ground cinnamon

PANELLETS
VALENCIAN DAY
Preparation:
We clean the lemon and grate the crust.
In a bowl we put the sugar with the ground almonds.
We add the mashed potato. We mix all the ingredients
We make balls with the dough. Sprinkle with cinnamon or cocoa.
And finally, we can bake them or not.
Ingredients:
200 gr of Jijona nougat
550 ml of milk
200 ml of liquid cream
100 gr white sugar
2 sachets of curd
NOUGAT FLAN
Preparation:
1. Put the nougat in a tall bowl and and chop it for 5 seconds with a blender.
2. Incorporate the rest of the ingredients and mix 5 seconds.
3.Heat and stir the mixture in a saucepan during 8 or ten minutes.
3. Pour the mixture into a crown mold or similar and let set and cool in the fridge before removing from the mold. It's ready!
Ingredients:
500 ml of milk
400 gr of chocolate.
70 g of butter without salt.
25 rectangular cookies
Preparation:
We put the chocolate in the microwave.
We add butter and milk and stir.
We wet the biscuits.
we go assembling the cake.
We introduce it in the fridge.
Finally we unmold it.

Preparation:

3 eggs

COCOTETS
Preparation:
First we beat the eggs, add sugar, grated coconut and vanilla essence.
Next we mix all the ingredients.
We make shapes and put them in a tray.
Finally we put the "Cocotets" in the oven for 10 minutes at 180 degrees.

CHEESEBALLS WITH FETA CHEESE
INGREDIENTS
1 glass of milk
1 glass of sunflower
oil
500 gr of flour
500 gr of feta cheese
1 sachet of baking powder

PREPARATION
Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl.
Form about 30 small balls.
Put them on a baking pan covered
with waxed paper.
Bake at 180 degrees for about 30
minutes.
GREEK COUNTRY SALAD AND TZATZIKI DIP
INGREDIENTS

CHOCOLATE CAKE CHRISTMAS TREE
INGREDIENTS
2 cups of flour
2 cups of sugar
3/4 cup of butter
3/4 cup of cocoa
6 eggs
1/2 cup of milk
some vanilla extract
1 sachet of baking powder
For the decoration: chocolate glaze and Christmas sugar shapes
Preparation
Beat the butter with the sugar.
Add the eggs and beat well.
Add the milk, the vanilla extract, the baking powder and the cocoa and mix.
Finally add the flour.
Bake the cake for about 50 minutes at 175 degrees.
When cool cut out triangles.
Decorate them with chocolate glaze (melt dark chocolate with 1/2 cup of fresh cream).
Finally decorate the Christmas chocolate trees with Christmas sugar shapes or Smarties.

VASILOPITA CAKE ( GREEK NEW YEAR CAKE)
250 gr of butter
3 eggs
2 cups of sugar
4 tablespoonful of chopped walnuts,chopped almonds,chopped dark chocolate and raisins
1 cup of yoghurt
1 teaspoonful of lemon zest
1 teaspoonful of orange zest
500 gr of flour
some vanilla extract
1 sachet of baking powder
1/2 cup of fresh orange and lemon juice

Preparation
Beat the butter with the sugar well.
Add the eggs.
Add the vanilla extract and the baking powder and continue beating.
Add the juice and the zest.
Then add the yoghurt and the flour.
Finally add the nuts, the raisins and the chocolate.
Bake at 175 degrees for a1 hour.
Decorate the cake.
Greek meatballs with pita bread
INGREDIENTS
500 gr of ground beef
1 onion
1 egg
1/2 cup of breadcrumbs
salt, pepper, oregano, mustard, olive oil
pita bread
ketchup, mustard,chips and onions
tomatoes for the sandwich

PREPARATION
Mix the ground beef with the chopped onion, the breadcrumbs, the egg, the oil, the salt, the pepper, the oregano and the mustard in a large bowl.
Form small balls and fry in a frying pan on both sides.
Fry or toast the pita bread.
Make a sandwich using 1 pita bread, 2 meatballs, chips, tomatoes,onions,mustard and ketchup.
KAYSERI (TURKEY)

INGREDIENTS
Tortilla
1/2 kilo of ground beef
3 onions
4 peppers
Tomato paste
Oil
Red and black pepper
Salt and garlic
Yogurt

PREPARATION
Put some oil in a pan
Add beef and mix well.
Add chopped onions and peppers.
Add tomato sauce and two glasses of water.
Boil for 3 mınutes .
Add all spices in it
Put one tortilla on a plate
Pour some mixture on it and do the same with the other tortillas.
Add some garlic and salt in a yogurt.
Serve with yogurt and enjoy!

INGREDIENTS
A glass of rice.
3 glasses of milk.
A glass of sugar.
2 glasses water.
Some cinnamon.
SÜTLAÇ

PREPARATION
Put two glasses of water in a pan.
When the water boils add rice.
Cook the rice well.
Pour 3 glasses of milk in the pan.
Mix and wait.
After 5 minutes add sugar and mix it.
It is ready after 2 minutes.
Put in a bowl.
Sprinkle cinnamon on it.
Enjoy your meal!

INGREDIENTS
4 spoons of tarhana
3 grated tomatoes/tomato paste
2 spoons of oil
Some mint
4 glasses chicken broth
2 glasses water

PREPARATION
- Place the tarhana and water in a bowl.
- Mix it two minutes. For dissolving it better, put some butter and oil in a pan.
- Add the tomato paste sauce a bit and the chicken broth in it. Then add the tarhana and some salt. Stir constantly.
- When it starts boiling, our meal is ready.
ERISTE WITH WALNUTS


PREPARATION
Put some butter and olive oil in a pan.
when it is hot put all erişte in it.
Fry all and wait two minutes to change its colors.
When it is Brown add chicken broth water and salt.
After absorbing all water add walnuts on it and mix it
It is ready to serve.

PASTRY

INGREDIENTS
Fılo dough(triangle shape)
Oil
Cheese
Parsley

PREPARATION
Mix the cheese with the parsley.
Place the mixture on the dough.
Roll the dough.
The cheese and parsley mixture must be ınside the dough.
Fry the dough.
It is ready. Enjoy your meal..
INGREDIENTS
a kilo of bulgur
one onion
four tablespoonful of pepper
paste
some lettuce
a teaspoonful of pepper(black)
cumin ,two spoons of salt
a glass of olive oil
two lemons, scallion

PREPARATION
Place all bulgur in a large bowl and add water in it. Wait five minutes for the bulgur to absorb all water. Put oil in a pan. Add tomato paste in it. After two minutes add the onions and the garlic. Pour this sauce into a bowl and mix. Add all ingredients. Add them one by one(parsley, lettuce). Add black and red pepper, salt. Combine all ingredients using you hands. It is ready to serve.
Enjoy your meal.
INGREDIENTS
a glass red lentils
a glass of water
a glass of bulgur
onion diced
some parsley, tinily chopped
5 teaspoons of oil
2 teaspoons of tomato paste
some scallion finel

PREPARATION
Put water in a pan. When it boils add the lentils into it. Boil the red lentils in the water for twenty minutes.
The lentils must be soft. Add the bulgur and cover it.
Put aside and let it absorb the water. Put oil in a pan. Add all scallions into it and wait a bit. Add tomato paste and wait for two minutes. Put this sauce into the lentil mixture. Add the salt and the other spices . When it is cool enough, add scallions and parsley. Mix with your hands. Chef by rolling and put a plate.
Enjoy your meal.

Chop the onions and the green peppers. Peel all tomatoes and dice them. Put some butter and oil in a pan. Add the onions and peppers in it. After two minutes add all tomatoes wait and mix.
Add some salt and the peppers . Add the beaten eggs. It is ready, after two minutes.

VEGETABLE SALAD
Ingredients
3 boiled eggs
4 carrots
3 big potatoes
1 big parsley
2 apples
4 pickles
1 can of peas (drained)
salt and pepper
mayonnaise

Preparation
Peel and boil the potatoes and the carrots until tender.
Once they cool down dice into small pieces.
Dice the boiled eggs and the pickles.
Grate the apples.
Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl.
Add the peas, the salt, the pepper, the parsley and the mayonnaise and mix gently.
Stuffed egg shells
Ingredients
boiled eggs
butter
breadcrumbs
dill
salt
pepper

Preparation
With a sharp knife give a swift crack along the egg and cut in half.
Remove the egg yolk and the egg white without breaking the shell.
Put in a bowl.
Add the dill, some salt and some pepper and chop and mix well.
Stuff the egg shells with the filling.
Press into breadcrumbs and fry in butter breadcrumbs side down until light brown.
Chocolate cakes (cockroaches)
Ingredients
5 bars of snickers
2 spoons of cocoa
butter
cornflakes

Preparation
Melt the butter.
Slice the bars of snickers and add.
Add the cocoa and the cornflakes and mix well.
Take a spoon and place each time a tablespoonful onto a baking tray covered with non-stick
