The three branches of government where Led by
Madison, they argued that most of the nation's
power should be focused in a federal system:
Based on a dispersal of power within three
branches of government.(Kowalski 48) "The
executive branch would execute the laws; the
legislative branch would make the laws; and the
judicial branch would interpret them" (kowalski
48). All three branches would separate the
governing powers. To keep each branch equal in
power. "All three would possess the ability to check
the operations of the other" (Kowalski 48).
What are the "Three Branches"


The three branches of government was formed by Madison! 

LEGISLATIVE BRANCHThe Legislative branch makes the laws. The
House of Representatives was created as a
result of the Great Compromise. The House is
larger than the Senate. "The house of
representatives gave the constitutional
congress to determine the size of the house"
(Kowalski 49). Only the house can introduce
spending bills. Our countries legislative branch,
or Congress, includes another lawmaking body
called the Senate. The senate can approve or
reject treaties.

The senate has the sole power confirm those of the president appointments.

The supreme court heads the Judicial branch
of the United States of Government. It is the
only court established in the Constitution. All
the other courts in the United States must
follow the ruling or decision made by the
supreme court. "Equal Justice under Law"
(Kowalski 28). The wording of the Constitution
is hard, so it must be studied and examined
carefully. The Judicial Branch is in charge of
the court system.

President also serves commander and chief of
armed forces. the president can Veto the bill
witch is the law, or he can send it back to
congress. "The President works out treaties or
agreement with other" ("The Executive
branch"). The President has many important
tasks.
