Hi, I'm Dory. I suffer from short term memory loss. This is my friend, Marlin and his son, Nemo.

We were playing hide and seek and then all a sudden... I got distracted by a sudden event in my past. That's when I realized I was lost.

I was roaming around trying to figure out what exactly I was doing here in the first place. When I heard "Dory! Where have you been we have been looking for you like crazy. Let's go home."

Something about the word "home" just made me wonder about the place I grew up in. My own home and most importantly, my parents. I just had to look for them. 

As Marlin, Nemo, and I were swimming home we came across the undertow which was a strong current of water beneath the surface.

*FLASHBACK*

"1,2,3,4... ready or not here I come !" shouted Dory as she looked around the coral for her parents. "Mommy?" said Dory with a hint of concern in her voice.

Dory looked up into the undertow above and began swimming towards it. "Dory! Dory!" shouted Dory's parents as she went further into the undertow and with that Dory's parents vanished into thin air along with her memory .

I swam up to the undertow and suddenly I got swept up in the strong current. As I was being pulled in by the undertow I heard Marlin and Nemo yell "Dory!"

I was now lost in the deep dark waters leaving me unsure of new surroundings. My only option was to just keep swimming, but it was no hope. I yelled out "Help!" When suddenly, I heard a familiar voice.

*FLASHBACK*

"Dory, don't go too far or you'll end up getting lost into the pipes." spoke Dory's mom as she carefully observed her movements . "Don't worry, I won't mom!"as she swam closer to the pipes near the end of the tank.

"Dory!" I heard someone yell. It was my long lost friend Destiny with her neighbor Bailey from the aquarium. I told her the situation I got myself into and she kindly offered to help.

Bailey used his echolocation to guide me towards them and out of the pipes. He said he had seen someone else coming my way. I heard very familiar voices yell my name. And that's when I saw Marlin and Nemo.
