John Adams
John Adams was a huge impact in the revolution of the United States. He was the second president of the United States, right after Washington. He was an extravagant leader in the Continental Congress. He served as a delegate from Massachussetts between 1774 and 1777 as well as a diplomat in Europe from 1778 to 1788. He also passed the Alien and Sedition Act, making it difficult for immigrants to become citizens as well as citizens deemed dangerous could result in jail time.

John Adams is specifically known for his extreme arrogance that costed his reelection in the next presidency. He did not take other's opinions on hand when dealing with certain situations. He was a true believer that the executive Branch should remain above all other government policies. He also refrained from helping France with their revolution against Britain due to the financial impact it will have on the United States.

John Adams was significantly known for signing the Declaration of Independence, as well as helping the writer of the Declaration of Independence, Thomas Jefferson, draft the document. After this event, his one- term presidency and loss to political rival Thomas Jefferson proved his dedication to the United States despite his mistakes throughout his political career.

Thomas Jefferson

He was the drafter of the Declaration of Independence as well as passed the religious freedom bill acted on in 1786. Jefferson is known for the Louisiana purchase, which bought almost twice the size of the land they already claimed for a cheap price of 15 million (approx 3 cents per acre). Although this price was small considering the amount of land hey received, he still utilized taxpayer money to pay off this bill. He was also one of the first presidents to be publicly opposed to slavery.

The Louisiana Purchase was a big controversy while Jefferson was president. He realized that the people needed more land, but also realized the major role in money that this would put the United States in as well as the wrath that many of the taxpayers would be in. He would somehow have pay off this dept or leave the task with another president, leaving the United states with many financial issues.

John Marshall

He was also part of the 3 delegates who served in France during the XYZ Affair. Serving Under John Adams as president, he also was elected secretary of state.

One of John Marshall's most popular cases involved the Marbury v. Madison case, which consisted of Jefferson becoming president and forbidding Madison from delivering a document from when Adams was president because the rivalry between him and Adams. Marshall ruled that Supreme Court did not have the power to make Madison hand over the document, but in this process he introduced judicial review, stating that the judicial branch is equal to the legislative and executive branches in the government.

James Madison
James Madison, also known as "the father of the constitution", was the fourth president of the United States. He established the first financial institution as well as contributed to many beneficial elements in the United States during his presidency. Although congress tried to sing off the second Bank Of America, James Madison vetoed it in hopes to keep only one bank. Later after congress tried again and Madison realized the importance of the bank, he finally passed in and the second bank was made. He was also a member of the signed declaration of independence.
