What would I change about this country?

Poland is a very populated country that will need to keep up with their resources and air quality. Since Poland is very populated there are a lot of cars and traffic throwing out dangerous fumes I would make people have more economic friendly cars. I would also change how they get their electricity to something more economic friendly instead of coal which they mainly us.e
