This book is dedicated to RIGBY the Kitten.

During the summer of 2019, the Aboujja family decided to foster cats as a fun way to do some community service. We spent time gathering needed materials and headed of to the Humane Society of the Treasure Coast. There we found our first foster cat. His name was Big Henry and he needed our help because he was sick with a respiratory virus. So we took him home and began taking care of him.

Big Henry weighed 14 pounds!
Fostering Big Henry was a breeze. We all laughed because every time we pet him he'd turn around and show us his bottom and then fall down! He followed us all over the house. One of the funniest things that he did was he would meow constantly when he wanted to go to bed at night! "Meow!"
One of the most difficult things we had to do was to give him his PILL!

Big Henry sucked on his leg when he was sleeping!
Big Henry really hated his pill and he could even detect it in his food!
One day my son Youssef decided to change Big Henry's name to Randall. The rest of us were all used to calling him Henry so we decided to go with Henry Randall as a name.
The week we were helping Henry Randall flew by so we decided that when we took him back to the Humane Society we would tell them that we wanted to keep him.
We were all so happy and filled with love that we couldn't stand it. Little did we realize that it was all about to change.

The first night we had Henry Randall home as our forever pet Zack came to my room and said, "Mom, I am wheezing!" I quickly made him some tea with honey and sent him off to bed. I was worried that the cat's fur was just too much for Zack's allergies and we shouldn't have kept him! I felt so guilty and wondered what to do. The next day we had trouble with the wheezing again and I was now pretty sure that Henry Randall had to go back. So I ended up returning him to the animal shelter. I cried like a baby without his binky the whole way home. The boys, Youssef and Zack, were devastated. The house was empty and sorrowful.
That very night I began researching. How can a person with allergies have a cat. I found out that there are some breeds and types of cats that are less allergenic. Giving pet cats a bath helps a lot. Air purifiers get rid of pet dander. So with all this information, I started a search for another cat.
First we found a sweet little kitten in Fort Pierce. However, the place was closed for two more days and I wanted to GET a kitten ASAP!
Next we found out that Pet Supermarket had some kittens on loan from the Fort Pierce animal shelter and we thought that perhaps the sweet kitten would be there. I hopped in my car and hurried over.
